IBH offers a variety of integrated behavioral health services including outpatient and inpatient services, as well as onsite psychiatric services in long-term care facilities.IBH services consist of psychiatric assessments and evaluations, medication management, individual and family counseling, treatment planning, and disease education.

We specialize in child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatry, offering therapy to people of all ages and ailments. Our team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and social workers believe in finding the most helpful treatment plan for each patient's unique set of needs.
Dr. Malhotra has over 20 years of expertise in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. He is a graduate of Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India and is Board Certified in General and Geriatric Psychiatry. He has been a dedicated physician serving in a multitude of medical and psychiatric capacities since starting his career, and has been awarded numerous designations including Medical Director, Chief of Psychiatry, and Coroner.
CBTis a psychotherapeutic treatment used to treat a variety of mental health issues such asaddictions, phobias, personality disorders, eating disorders, and depression. CBTis an extremely effective and useful mental health treatment because it teaches you coping skills that you can use now and in the future.
