As a secondary repair service provider we ask our clients to fill out a very simple form with terms of service that are agreeable. Bryan sent us a number of systems to fix without filling out the form, got upset when asked to complete it, then was further upset when asked to send a label to return his client's systems. A simple request turned into Bryan stating how he was going to "leaving you Another F rating on Google, yelp and bbb. Your destroying your business reputation... and its still so young." Again, a simple policy and procedure we ask every client denied by this client then escalated

Well, computer repair is the pits, no matter what it is about. So I was VERY GRATEFUL that I came across this small, independent business! I am so appreciative for all the advice I was given and the patience with my lack of knowledge. My repairs were done quickly, which was a bonus. I felt that the prices for the part that I needed AND the labor were VERY reasonable. Drop off and pick up were at my convenience. I have no negative comments. He met my husband and I at a local Starbucks to fix my husbands cracked iPhone screen. He was very personable and professional. Also, great and fast work. From the time we sat down, it only took about twenty minutes for him to finish. And honestly, the display on the iPhone is better now than it was before the crack.
Pricing is also very reasonable.

I had no idea what the repair was going to cost, but I was CERTAIN I'd be without my computer for a week. I took it to Bryan and he quoted me a flatrate for the kind of repair I needed, which gave me confidence. Then, he said it would be done the next day!
It wasn't... he called me back about 4 hours and said it was waiting on me. Not only did he do the repair, my laptop came to me cleaner than it's been in months. Thanks, Bryan!

The BEST in town! I have used MR Computer several times for my laptop and have received excellent service at an affordable price. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for answers and solutions to their computer problems. Thank you again, MR Computer! My laptop is running once again like brand-new after sweeping 480+ viruses from the machine. Any reviews you find for this company that are 5Star+ are on-target. I was having trouble assembling a new computer, which consisted of parts I purchased online as well as parts from an older system. After a bit of research, I was referred to Mr Computer Services. Needless to say, I had a great experience. I received a fully-functional computer in a very quick turnaround, including an OS load and updated drivers (for an extremely fair price, I might add). Skip the big box stores for your computer woes and give these folks a call--you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Mr. Computer Services in Louisville for years. They recently moved from Downtown Louisville over to Bardstown Rd. I'd have to say I've only ever received top notch service. They are always helpful, friendly, and provide great service. I recently was having problems with my IPad 2 (dropped) and again they exceeded my expectations. I give them an A+ in my book and look forward to utilizing their services for many more years to come.
