My mom had to get her regular mammogram done, then get sent to our local hospital for a diagnostic one and was told she would need a biopsy because the mass was suspicious. The people calling to schedule the biopsy done we’re supposed to have called by last Friday and set it up, and never had. She has left two voicemails, been put on hold for 20 minutes by the medical records lady only to get transferred back to the nursing station who is just an automated recording. ALL SHE NEEDS TO KNOW IS WHO THE DOCTOR SHE GOT REFERRED TO IS, so she can call them directly and get things set up, because quite

Front desk staff is the absolute worst. They will schedule you for things that you don’t need, not schedule you for important things like ultrasounds etc. Incredibly rude while checking in or out like you’re burdening them. One in particular rolls her eyes constantly. They make you feel extremely unwelcome.

Doctors are all about money, I have several reasons why I can’t deliver at Vanderbilt and they were going to blatantly lie about being able to deliver me at Summit just bc I have private insurance. The receptionists aren’t educated. Literally told me they didn’t have to give me my records. Receptionists, nurses and ultrasound techs lack class and professionalism. I am so glad I switched clinics during my first trimester.

Terrible.
There’s obviously a lack of help of maybe training people, I have patience to deal
With that. What I don’t have patience for is being rude when I ask for a question about a bill after I checked twice to see if my
Insurance covered it.
Turns out it doesn’t, which is fine but i was trying to figure that out before the matter and was told YES it I covered. But after asking twice and doing MY part i was told it was my responsibility to make sure I knew If it was or was not covered.
I’m sorry- is that not yalls job
To check when a patient asks? Don’t just answer and guess actually

Great Drs. Would like it if the receptionist would be on top of her game so when I arrive a few minutes early, I'm not put down as ten to fifteen minutes late due to waiting in line to sign in. Had to leave my file at the reception desk and leave, called to set up my follow up appt, because there wasn't a single person in the reception area to schedule me for my follow up.

I've been going here since I was 15. I'm now 22 and 6 months pregnant with my 2nd child. The doctors and nurses are amazing. Always have been in my opinion. Only reason I've stayed. The front desk service is extremely rude and unprofessional (not all but majority). They always have complaints and issues. I've even sat in the waiting room area when someone has flipped out on them multiple times. I understand why they have now.

This is the only OB i have gone to my whole life. I am 19 now, (i got my first birth control when I was 14) . I had zero issues before, i loved coming. Here recently, within the past year, I have had countless issues . The staff is garbage, especially the front. I came in for my yearly a few months ago & got a 600$ bill in the mail for a swab i didn’t ask for, they insisted on. While also, showing up in person and them charging me 200$ for a pregnancy test i never received!! I have had nexplanon for 3 and half years , trying to get it taken out for the past 6 months. It was set for removal during

Loved the facility, doctors, and the nurse practitioner! They got me through a full term healthy pregnancy and were always attentive to my needs. The lobby never smelled liked cigarette smoke and the one time I sat for more than thirty minutes waiting on an appointment (I didn’t see the sign) I walked up and was instantly taken back to see the doctor. The nurse on call was always available for after hour pregnancy questions. Even the women scheduling my future appointments were friendly and kind.
