What a great experience! We rented the giant water slide bouncy for my daughters 13th birthday and they had a blast, used it non stop, so fun! Service was excellent! Delivery and set up took place on time and in an efficient manner. The quality of the bouncy was perfect, clean and in good condition. Pricing was very reasonable. Pick up was done at the time specified. Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Shamrock Party Rentals for all your party rental needs!

Great experience with Party Rentals Inc, from beginning to end. Starting with the first call, the agent was super helpful in helping plan for tables, linens, and chairs for a last minute party, on a holiday weekend, with only a two day notice. The delivery/pickup team was equally courteous and on time. Highly recommend Party Rentals, Inc!

Incredibly disappointed.
Not only did they say they'd be there at 7AM and not show up to 6PM (with no day ahead call as promised per contract) but the cooler leaked and we had to constantly mop up our garage floor. When I called customer service, I got smug responses from customer service, they argued I did not call within 48 hours (I called three days later) and as a result it was "too bad the cooler leaked", and the manager didn't even have the decency to call me back. I got a voicemail from customer service that tells me this company could care less about customers. Once they get their money

I highly recommend Party Rentals. Bryan was very helpful in answering all my questions and in reserving a tent, chairs, tables and linens for our party. I called the day of our set up and asked Bryan if we could be the last stop of the day and he accommodated my request no problem. The set up crew were very polite and very careful in their set up and take down.The white chairs were very clean too!!! I will definitely use Party Rentals again!!!

From start to finish, the party rental team was highly communicative. I received email responses in a timely fashion. On the day of set up (clearly defined in email and contract) was sent text messages notifying me of actual anticipated set up times. Everyone that I worked with was very polite. Equipment was clean and put up in a timely fashion. Really great experience overall and would use them again for another event.
