I rarely will go online to leave a review anymore because service seems to be a lost art, BUT this automotive shop and the employees @ VAP deserves not to be a secret. Until recently I had always taken my auto to the dealership for repairs until I was referred to VAP. Travis, Sean, and Anna are hands down the best auto servicer I have EVER come across. They are knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I always felt as though they had my best interest at heart and wasn't trying to upsell me to something I didn't need. I cannot say enough about how good the techs are at this shop. I would recommend

Anna & the guys make is so smooth & convenient to get my car serviced because they offer to take & pick up me at work while my car is being serviced. No asking friends or co-workers for rides. Also the car maintenance website is user friendly & has all my car's history in one place no more papers stacking up in the glove box. I'm one happy customer!!

Travis and his employees made it clear the work that needed to be done in a precise manner, gave me the opportunity to decide what I would ok and there was no pressure to do anything else. He charged me $141 for a service Jackie Cooper told me would be $605. Mercedes are expensive to work on , but if you have an honest and trusted shop it's worth it! The work on all kinds of imports.

EXTREMELY disappointed using this company! Negative 5 stars would be too good here. My vehicle is 10 x worse than it was when I took it in. The things I took my vehicle in for are exactly the same way they were before I took it in and spent over $1000 to have them repair. I feel taken advantage of, scammed, taken, whatever you want to call it. When I visited with them about it, they want another $150 to diagnose more issues. I'm not sure they know exactly what they are doing and just collecting $ for things. I am not a mechanic, so I do not know if they actually worked on the vehicle or not. I

I drive a 2010 Mini Clubman S 6 spd manual and am very particular about details. They listened to me, assessed what was needed, even for future game plan. They take care of my mini coop. This last visit they had to replace some trim. They had to order the part but when it came in they were able to replace the trim in minutes and my mini looks great again.

I have been a customer of VAP Auto shop for about 5 years now and I have never had a problem bringing my vehicles to this facility. They have helped me with the mechanical as well as body work. Travis the owner is very knowledgeable and has always gotten the repair done right the first time every time. He finds parts for the cheapest prices and even if it requires OEM factory parts his charge for labor is less than the dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest mechanic. It might take them a little longer but you know when you pick it up that it is done right.

One of the worst experience ever I took my 2001 325I BMW and it took them over 9 month to get my car fix I spent closed to 4 thousand dollars and my car is in worst condition then ever now it cost more to fix then what is worth. my recommendation take it to BMW of tulsa if you own BMW is cheaper and they will do the job right for you

I took my Mercedes CLK-500 in for a tune-up, the work was good but the results were just OK. Travis and the crew there agreed and they stayed with it till it now purrs like a kitten. They not only listen to you, they also hear you, a nice change from a lot of shops. I felt they treated my car like it was their own. My wife drives a Mercedes R-350 and it will soon be a regular customer at VAP auto. Good people, good work, fair prices, is there anything else.

We will never return to VAP. We have taken our vehicles there for over 2 years out of convenience. After calling around to other mechanics in the Tulsa area & with some research we have come to find that they have been overcharging for synthetic oil & fabricate expensive repairs. Our laziness in finding a reputable & honest mechanic has cost us $100's by going to VAP.

Well, after doing some extensive internet research and interviewing several shops, I chose VAPAuto Shop to diagnose and correct a persistent problem I had been having on my PT Cruiser.
The small family owner,super clean facility near the Broken Arrow/ I-44 interchange has a comfortable waiting room or they are willing to shuttle you elsewhere, if need be .Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable from the owner Travis
