The road to becoming a complete pressure washing service all started for Elegant Estates in 1996 when I graduated from our local Lansing High School. During my high school years, I had a job working for the well known Rose Inn just minutes from my house. It was a groundskeeping gig that included installing landscaping, paver patios, and walkways.
Your home or business is one of your greatest investments and you take pride in it! Our goal is to keep your home and business free from the constant attack of algae, dirt, mold, mildew and soils all while not damaging the surface that we are cleaning. We use equipment that is designed specifically to do just that.
Elegant Estates provides low-pressure roof wash services for your asphalt shingle roof as recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). Under no circumstance should high pressure be used to clean shingles. While your roof is being treated at no more than garden hose pressure, your landscape plants are treated to protect them from our detergents.
Most people take a lot of care with the inside of their home, but many aren't sure what to do about the outside of their home. Of course, you can pick up trash and debris, but what do you do about cleaning surfaces? The best way to do that is with power washing, but using a power washing machine is hard work, and it's very easy to cause damage if you do it incorrectly.
At Elegant Estates, we're more than a company that offers paver cleaning. In 1999 we started out as a landscape maintenance firm that transitioned into the paving stone and tile installation business. This was done once we realized that many contractors were installing them incorrectly. We have combined everything we know about the concrete paver industry into a one-stop-shop for our customers.

We are in the process of prepping our home to put it on the market and we needed to have it power washed. Our time line was tight and Chris, at Elegant Estates, was incredibly accommodating. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to fit our job in. His soft wash service on our older vinyl siding turned out fantastic and far exceeded our expectations! Chris is friendly, professional, and his work is more than thorough.

Elegant Estates, Chris Negley worked on our deck last summer. I had an older deck which needed to be restained and Chris with his commercial equipment, spray washed the surface of the deck to remove all of the old stain and organics. This was a labor intensive job and the outcome of the deck was restored and made perfect for restaining. Chris did a very professional job and i would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him highly.

I had a very positive experience with Elegant Estates. They removed an old concrete back porch, stairs and cracked pavements and replace it with beautiful stone pavers and a lovely wood deck. From planning to completion, the company was attentive to detail, answered all my questions, was open when I wanted to make a design change, and kept me updated about progress and each step of the process. A pleasure to work with such a professional and personable business.
