Services
Highland Machine was established in 1944 in Highland, IL, a rural community located 30 miles east of St. Louis, MO. Our plant has expanded significantly since then and now includes three separate buildings totaling more than 140,000 sq ft. Our most recent addition was in 1994 and houses our 1000-ft, conveyorized powder coating line, as well as our assembly and packing departments.
Whether you need a single prototype or 1,000 pieces of a product, our team provides the same attention-to-detail on every project. We specialize in the development of custom sheet metal enclosures and components. Our commitment to quality ensures that your products are developed to your exact specifications.
We work with you from early in the design stage to help identify cost-saving opportunities within your metal enclosure and component designs. By bringing our team in early in the process, we provide recommendations to enhance your product while ensuring it meets your exact specifications from prototype through production.
At Highland Machine, we use CNC machining to cut your product into the perfect piece, machined to your exact specifications. Whether you need 10 pieces or 1,000, we have the machining capabilities to handle any size production run. We precision machine products made from a wide variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass, magnesium, and plastics.
Once your components are developed, our team can assemble them through our partial or full assembly options. By utilizing our in-house assembly options, you can reduce your product development timeline and reduce overall costs. Plus, by taking advantage of our custom-finishing, kitting, and packaging services, you'll have a ready-to-ship product developed under one roof.
