We help people like you manage their chronic pain and illness, calm anxiety, and find their way in this chaotic world. We offer yoga classes in a variety of styles with one thing in common: at the core, each class is designed to facilitate healing.
From Slow Strength to Gentle yoga, we have a class for you. Many of the Prajja Center teachers have chosen to study holistic healing modalities beyond the practice of yoga. Services
We believe that all bodies can enjoy yoga. We remember what it was to begin as a new student in an unfamiliar place surrounded by strangers. We also remember when the practice began to feel natural, the space began to feel like home, and those strangers become some of our most treasured friends. We are blessed to walk that same journey with you and help you along the way!
Many of us consider healthy to be the gold standard. It is something to be returned when we fall ill, and then (usually) forgotten about again. But what happens when you find yourself diagnosed with a chronic illness or with pain that won't go away? What happens when you start to feel the effects of aging in your body?
We have lived a hundred lives. Like you, we've birthed children, buried loved ones, loved ourselves, lived in the bliss of childhood ignorance, been crushed, inspired others, been married, brilliantly single, hopelessly optimistic. We've healed ourselves in some ways, and uncovered other ways in which we still need healing.
