We specialize in custom framing. We handle all types of 2D images as well as 3D objects of all kind, needlepoint and sports jerseys too.
We also have a gift shop with items ranging from jewelry to stain glass. We carry ready made frames. We have a gallery that shows contemporary artists from New England and have various work and prints available from paintings to pastels to photography. We handle painting and photo restoration and we have printing services.

I’ve loved the quality of work at this framing shop!! Having used other framers in the past, I’ve found Post Road to be reasonably priced, fast, low-key, and I’ve felt like my needs and budget have been met with creativity and optimism. I’ve been especially impressed by the shops willingness to take on small (yet complex) projects, such as a small oil paint repair/touch up and antique frame repair.

They have a very wide selection of options for people to choose from and possess a level of expertise which I admire. These framers really know what they are doing and are very helpful to their customers. There are also occasional art exhibitions here from local artists. I'd recommend Post Road to anyone who's looking to get something framed.

If you have something special that deserves just the right frame, this is the place to go. They will work with you to find the perfect frame and matte for your piece, and they can also do special services like shadow boxes for objects, special matte-cutting for multiple pictures in a frame, photo restoration, and gilding. Also a very pretty store with a nice selection of artisan gifts, local fine art, and prints.
