Lied to me several times. Said that he sent my return multiple times but that it was rejected each time. I called department of revenue and they said that they haven’t receive it, and if they had rejected it, it will show on their end. Then I called him again and he said that he had just sent it once more but that this time, it was rejected again… because I have ”no” income? I was fed up so I askEd him to print out my info so I can send it myself; he said he would but every time I said that I will come and get it, he said that he was “busy”. One time I called

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Messed up on my income tax form, so I can't recieve my income. Called every day, would not call me back to help fix the problem after numerous messages left. Went to the location and no one is there. Now that the due date for filing income tax closed I'm on my own.

1 star given for wasting my time. Appointment set and was not even at the office. The door was locked. I even took 1 hour off of work for it. We text back and forth and told us to wait. Waited 30 minutes before texting me no one is there and to go home. Unprofessional, will take my business else where.
