What an outstanding experience we had with Green Quality Air. I was apprehensive going into having my air ducts inspected for cleaning as I had heard that most technicians tend to unnecessarily upsell. However, from the moment the dynamic duo husband-wife team (Leslie and Chris) entered our home, we were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Never once did we feel taken advantage of and were shown in detail the findings and recommendations. We were quoted fairly and actually able to have the work done in the same visit. What a relief!!!

Chris and Leslie with Green Quality Air arrived on time ready to address the issue I had with my dryer vent. Not only did they clean my vent in an expeditious manner, they provided a courtesy inspection of my plenum to check for mold. Thankfully the system was clear. They also recommended installing a uv light to address any future problems. Highly recommend Chris and Leslie for your air duct cleaning needs.

Scam! They come in with a super low quote of $129.95, then suddenly they tell you there is mold and the price jumps up to $2100. Ask them for proof of mold before you spend money, now I am out a ton of money w/out proof of any mold but just their word and some pictures which look like maybe it could be dust??? Unless there is a mold accessment done you can't and shouldn't pay for freaking mold!!! I was duped and it feels sick to spend it on something dishonest. Why do companies take advantage of people like this?? So tired of being screwed over!

This place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM and my air was worse. They clean ducts for a special price $129, come out and give you a ridiculous high estimate $859. They ONLY VACUUM over your VENTS, DON'T CLEAN/VACUUM ANYTHING but say they do, and the customer service there stinks, Tamara is rude. They DON'T CLEAN anything SAVE your MONEY and DON'T do business here. ALL ducts are STILL DIRTY and my air quality is WORSE!!! This is the old BAIT and SWITCH and they are SCAMMERS!

Chris & Leslie did an amazing job. They were able to help identify the sources of mold in our home and completely clean it, and install a UV light to prevent any mold for the future. They also did a fabulous job cleaning the chimney and making it look beautiful.
Chris noticed we had a small child, so he was very helpful in explaining the best action plan to take to ensure the quality of the air in my home was safe. He is a very caring man, and his wife Leslie was a pleasure to work with.

Nor did a great job at explaining everything to me in a way that I would understand. I opted for the sanitation package since I didn't know how clean or dirty things were around me. They arrived early which was great since I didn't have a ton of time the day they cleaned. Not cleaned and shared recommended a UV light. I decided that I would install myself since the price was a bit steep for this but overall the ducts appear to be cleaner and the house is better equipped for keeping things allergen/ dust free that isn't easily done closed or cleaned.

I would have rated higher, because I think they know what they're doing, and did a good job. Low rating is 100% due to the total miscommunication from the office. Received a WRITTEN quote for the job at a rental house, and gave the usual instructions to schedule it with the tenant, and call me to pay the bill. Well, she forgot to let the tech know that, so the tech did an extra $120 worth of work without telling me, and then charged the tenant. They weren't willing to accept their mistake, and I didn't want to argue all day over it. The office lady actually blamed my tenant and said
