Celeste is a born artist and has been devoted to helping people feel beautiful for over 10 years. As a licensed permanent cosmetic tattoo artist, she helps those who are unhappy with their brows whether secondary to a medical condition or purely cosmetic. Celeste is also a permanent makeup trainer, a licensed cosmetologist, Aesthetic/Emergency Registered Nurse, and Family Nurse Practitioner student.

This is an amazing course that will allow give you the foundational knowledge you need to start your career in PMU confidently and safely! No license required to attend class! Students are fully insured to work on models under Indianapolis Microblading!
8 week touch up (included in initial microblading appointment) The free initial touch up only includes clients who have had their initial microblading appointment at Indianapolis Microblading, LLC. For clients to be eligible for included touch up the touch up must be scheduled within 12 weeks. If the touch up has not been scheduled within given timeframe client may be subject to Color Boost pricing.
What is Microblading? Microblading is a form of permanent makeup that is considered semi-permanent. Microblading is also known as 3D brows, hair-strokes, brow embroidery, and feather brows. Microblading enhances your brows while keeping them looking natural. Microblading does not use a traditional tattoo machine, instead it is performed manually using a sterile hand-tool that has sterile microneedles on the end of it.

I booked my microblading session with Celeste and had my appointment today and AM IN LOVE. I have nice eyebrows but didn't love the shape and certain parts couldn't grow postpartum. Celeste listened to my request to build on my natural shape and ensure the arches softened my features. She asked for my opinion throughout the entire process. She also teaches microblading and had two of her students observe my procedure. I loved hearing the play-by-play and how precise she is. When we mapped out my eyebrows, she asked the students "they look great, but are they PERFECT??". I knew I was in great hands

I had an emergency crisis over New Year’s Eve. I got my eyebrows microbladed (different company) and HATED them. One was thicker then the other. I had no idea what to do. I called, left messages and texted I don’t know how many people to help me. When I finally came across Celeste. She responded immediately. I had a 9:00am appointment with Heba. She texted me an hour before my appointment telling me she’s at a new location which was 30mins away from me when I was expecting only a 10min drive. I couldn’t find her new location because I was expecting it to be a business. When I texted her she said it’s at her apartment and she was running late because she was at Panera. She told me she would give me the apartment number when she got back. I waited in my car for about 40mins. I finally texted her to see if she was almost back. Owner was very unprofessional with her students and their “models” they had to find to complete their microblading classes. I was personally a model that was helping a friend complete her certificates and we made it there 10 min early. Instructor/owner was 20 min late. Once she got there she didn’t introduce herself but pointed at me and said whose model are you with a passive aggressive tone. She only had 2 students left to complete their classes by completing microblading on one more person. Since the other student couldn’t find a model she was just going to do my friends once she was

I booked Celeste for a combination brow. I had little hair to work with and uneven growth. Celeste was kind, informative and settled my nerves. Throughout the process each step was explained to me and i was also able to look in a hand held mirror many times to see the progress. I was able to show photos of my "dream brow" and I was included in all decisions such as shape and color. Pain was very, very minimal and Celeste often asked me what my comfort level was to ensure I had a great experience. Thank you Celeste!

As a former student I had a less then pleasant experience. EVERY DAY Celeste was late to class. It was extremely unprofessional, and unfair to myself as well as my classmates, who paid thousands to take her class. When it was time to do models, my second model had canceled; she told myself and another student since our model canceled we have to wait 3 weeks because she’s busy, and is booked out. I asked could she just get us out the way, and I know she’s trying to make money but, she had a prior obligation to her students. I was met with a text that stated she’s already fulfilled her obligation

Celeste is AMAZING. Not only is she an amazing artist , she's a great friend and just overall , an amazing person to deal with. She's so friendly and considerate. I have had my regular session and my touch up so far and I'm just thrilled with the results and how she's handled my situation in ALL. I'll be a customer for life now ! The office is clean and modern. All of the girls seem to do amazing work and I would / have recommended them to all my family and friends. I drive all the way from Louisville to see Celeste !
