They know their market extremely well, they listen to what I wanted to do as a seller, they have lots of great contacts to help get the property ready for sale, and then they sell! We met Tommy while he was showing homes for a builder in a 55+ community we were interested in. He showed us all the available homes and gave us a lot of good information on the homes and the market. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, he was able to get us a great deal. And when we finally sold our home which was less than what we listed it for, he was able to renegotiate our purchase to make up for the deficit in our home sale. My husband and I recently put our house for sale. This was quite a stressful experience. We interviewed several agents here in Ladera Ranch and we decided to choose Tommy to list our house. It was a very wise decision for us. We chose Tommy over the other agents because of his honesty, integrity, very knowledgeable of the area as well as the market, and most important of all he helped us to decide the right price to list our house to obtain the maximum price. Tommy and Lisa made our first home buying experience a great one. Tommy's patience and attention to detail really put my wife and I at ease during the whole experience. Which, I might add, lasted about 5 months. We wanted our "perfect" home and we ultimately bought it.
