Outstanding customer service and installation. I've been doing business with A Polished Finish for nearly a decade as my ONLY counter top supplier for my remodeling company. All the office staff, Candy, Megan, Brittany, Brandy, Bee and ESECIALLY Savannah are more then wonderful to work and speak with. Honestly, getting started with the company was great. The " Office Manager" seemed very receptive and seemed to have a solution to the issue. Unfortunately there was a miss communication a there countertops due to be cut could not be completed as expected. The office manager was extremely rude when trying to resolve the issue and would not take any fault. I ended up having to be the bigger person and say " Mistakes were made on both sides". It was like arguing with a 12 year old girl. I don't argue with my contractors.

My Thanksgiving plans were altered because I was given one price for countertops ($42 a square foot) and then the price was increased ($58 a square foot)when it came time for the install. When I learned of this price increase we contacted the company to ask for them to honor the original price we were given. We spoke to Megan who said she could not give us the sale price for the countertops, because we did not pay a deposit. On the day I ordered the countertop, I asked if they needed any payment from me, and they said no and that they would be reaching out to my contractor and let me know when

Find another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Here's my experience: small condo renovation. I looked for other companies, settled for APF. Installers literally glued two broken pieces together and installed, then hoped I wouldn't catch it. But I did. Photos attached. Piece was cracked all the way through. Then the epoxy they used discolored and stained the piece green.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If I hadn't caught it, they would have been fine with it. I will NEVER use this company again.

Ms. Marissa was the experience! She is a natural with people and conversation! She knows the product as well and is extremely able and eager to help! I would highly recommend A Polished Finish and do yourself a favor and ask for Marissa! If you don't see a short girl with a pretty smile and blue eyes that sparkle at you then they are NOT the one!
