Taylor & Viola's Structural Engineers are experienced in designing complete building systems including complex structures and structural components The firm is fully computerized and currently utilizes AutoCAD Architecture 2020, AutoCAD Revit Structure 2020, RAM Elements and Structural Systems, EnerCalc, RetainPro and SDS/2 Structural Steel Detailing Software.
Skyline Terrace apartments is a 3 story building that has 1 & 2 bedrooms units. There are 92 one bedrooms units with 92 two bedrooms units making that a total of 194 units. That also includes balconies for each unit. The apartment complex is constructed with wood stud has a shallow foundation. These 10 apartment buildings are on-campus student housing, each building is 3 stories with 4 units per floor.
Mike Johnson Toyota was built in 2006 and in 2012 there was a new addition/renovation add to the dealership. The building is constructed with steel framing and has a shallow foundation. Everett Chevrolet was a new build in 1996 and has been remodeled twice since it had been open. In 2002 we added a new addition to the body shop and in 2011 a new addition/renovation to the dealership.

Kirk at Taylor and Viola Structural Engineering was the easiest guy to work with. He is on time, quick and getting us the information's we need in a timely manner to do what we need to do.
