Each step of the way, she did detailed planning that put us in the best/best located hotels, with a schedule that allowed us to tour but without overloading our schedule.

Just a shout out to our wonderful travel agent, Laura Cole of Court Travel. We are looking so forward to our upcoming trip to Hawaii.
Laura graciously took three hours of her Saturday last week, to fit our schedule, and meet with my family to deliver our iteniary. She thoroughly reviewed the details of our flights, resort accommodations, excursion details as well as answering the questions that we had. She is very detail oriented which makes her perfect for her profession. It is relaxing to know she is available, 24/7, by phone should we have any questions or need assistance while we are in Hawaii

NOT PROFESSIONAL - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I thought working with Court Travel (Laura Cole) would alleviate the stress involved with planning my honeymoon. I engaged Laura to help plan our two week trip to India and the Maldives. From the start to finish Laura did not listen to the feedback we provided on our desired itinerary - I got the feeling she was planning what SHE imagined for her honeymoon, not mine. My boyfriend and I have worked with Laura Cole several times to plan our vacations out of the country. She has been absolutely wonderful! She goes above and beyond to give us what we ask for within our budget and gives us incrediable options with the tours and excursions we can chose to partake in. TERRIBLE. I had the absolute WORST experience with Court Travel. My husband and I hired Laura to plan our honeymoon – first, Laura would not listen to our feedback on the trip itinerary – she kept planning the honeymoon SHE wanted to have, not what we wanted at all. Then Laura went WAY over our agreed upon budget. When we asked for a break out of price (so we could re-figure the activities/flights to fit our budget) Laura was extremely difficult to work with.. when she finally gave us prices, we looked up the flights and hotels and it turns out she was charging us 10x what they would cost if

My Girlfriend and I have traveled through all of England, Ireland, As well as the Dominican with this Company (Laura Cole) in our experiences we have had absolutely excellent service and very competitive pricing (Thanks Laura!) We have not once had a bad experience and we just finished booking another one! I recently called Court Travel & they were very friendly & seemed knowledgeable. They emailed a questionnaire to fill out to help them assess our needs. They do charge a $100 upfront/nonrefundable consultation fee before they start anything for you. We didn't end up using their services, but just with the initial call they seemed like a good option.
