We start every project the old fashioned way with a hand sketch and then a computerized rendering to create the most detail perfect jewelry possible.

We guarantee all of our work and stand behind everything we repair, custom make and everything in stock. The valuable diamonds and gemstones in your jewelry are held in place with prongs. With wear, the tops of these prongs can become worn down. After the prong tips become worn down, the stone becomes at risk of falling out of the mounting.

His customer service and knowledge was by far the best I have ever experienced. He took the time and answered every single question I had. I work very close to this jewelry shop and finally decided to come in to inquire on if they repaired jewelry. I was hesitant because the jewelry I had was a very cheap necklace and I honestly thought they would laugh if I brought it in. They informed me that they repair any jewelry regardless of the price I paid for it. So impressed ! Called to get my engagement ring sized and wanted to make sure I could be present while it was being sized (which I could) . So five stars just when speaking with her . Then I went in and another 5 stars , she helped me with how it should fit and then helped me with looking at bands and was very interested in my likes and dislikes but also considering how beautiful my engagement ring was and would not want to take away from it . This was my 1st time using Classic Jewelers & I have to say......."extraordinary service".
I called to find out what the price would be on removing a link in my new watch. Ramsey stated $10 and that he would make himself available when I got there. When I got there he was actually available immediately and quickly pulled the link out in (less than 1 minute). He handed me my watch and said have a nice weekend sir.
Anaheim Hills can use more businesses like this! These guys just captured my business for life.

I have had my ring set for almost 3 years now and have never had any issues with it until the past few months, I started getting skin irritations under my ring. It got so bad to the point where I had to go ringless. After scouring the internet trying to understand the culprit of the issue, I saw articles about wedding ring rash. Can't say enough good things!!! Just went in for a jewelry repair, a clasp on a chain that I wanted fixed as a Christmas gift to my father.
I went in on a Friday night, I didn't have to wait, it was simple and the gentleman quoted me $65 to replace the clasp and solder it, it was white gold so I though that was pretty reasonable.
It was ready on time Tuesday night and a breeze to pick up. Also they had cleaned and dipped the chain in white gold, without an extra charge, so it looked 10 times better than when I dropped it off!!! I'm very excited to surprise my father with it! Great

I found classic jewelers on yelp, and went in to sell some of my gold jewelry I inherited. I went around to few different places to get a price for what my gold was worth, and I got the highest value from Classic Jewelers. They were very easy to work with, paid me in cash. I searched to find Classic Jewelers and visited their fairly new location in Anaheim Hills. It's a very attractive first class store, with very affordable prices and an excellent selection. The store was easy to find right off the 91 freeway at the Imperial Exit.
I was extremely satisfied with the friendly service and experienced knowledgeable staff.
I intend to return every week or so to see the latest jewelry. I like to have a variety of jewelry to compliment my clothing. There is nothing wrong with costume jewelry but personally I prefer a genuine gold necklace, earrings and bracelet.
