We are big enough to win bids from larger rivals, but we are still small enough to provide the attention necessary. Precise Tool and Manufacturing was founded in 1974 and started off as a quick turn around small parts manufacturer.
Our plant is designed to build extra large machined parts with a maximum diameter of 18 feet, 11 feet high, and up to 60 tons. In our commitment to excellence in the manufacturing of extra large machined components, we have dedicated a generous portion of our factory to housing our large diameter lathes.
Build extra large parts - up to 60 tons - with our large milling machines. Base plates, fabricated weldments, and any large cast components can all be machined to your exact specs. Our multi-purpose, high-speed, and high-precision horizontal boring mills can machine diverse shapes of heavy parts to satisfy whatever project you need.
Precise Tool specializes in contour machining, ultra-tight tolerances, and "impossible to make" parts thanks to our eleven 5-axis machines. Our simultaneous 5-axis machines can perform turning, milling, boring, and tapping of complex shapes in a single setup. 5-axis machining provides infinite possibilities as to what shapes and sizes a part can effectively be machined.
