For over 70 years, the Wisconsin Podiatric Medical Association has been the advocate of improving foot and ankle care for the citizens of Wisconsin. As a volunteer group of over 200 practicing Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), we have devoted ourselves to improving the quality of care through continuing education of our members as well as increasing public knowledge of the importance of good foot and ankle health.

We hope that you will find this site useful, helpful and educational. Not sure what a Podiatrist is or if it is right for you? In short, a Podiatrist is a foot doctor. There are a variety of ailments that can plague your feet and if left untreated can start to impact the rest of your overall health.
Services
It was much more than just a seminar for CECH credits. It was the opportunity to exchange ideas and practice tips with fellow podiatrists from around the state who have the same dedication and passion for the profession you do. A podiatrist is a doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM), also known as a podiatric physician or surgeon. Podiatrists diagnose and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg. Podiatrists are the most qualified doctors to care for your feet. They complete four years of training in a podiatric medical school and three years of hospital residency training.
