Achieving your fitness goal relies heavily on your nutritional habits. You can't out train a bad diet. Our coaches will help you develop a plan to make the dietary changes you need to reach your nutrition goals. Motivation is not a problem at Crossfit Barboursville. You only need to show up and you will be motivated by our coaches and community atmosphere.
Services
At CrossFit Barboursville, we utilize functional movements that make you stronger for your everyday life inside AND outside of the gym. Our creative and fun programming pulls the best of the best from all fields of athletics: endurance, speed training, gymnastics, Olympic and power weightlifting, etc! The high intensity nature of our programs produce the most ideal response for your body-both for your appearance and performance.
Mission BodyFit is a class designed for women at the start of their fitness journey and for those looking to get back to it. The class runs for three one-hour sessions each week. This class will challenge you with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate loads. It is a beginner class that teaches you all the foundational movements of Crossfit to build strength, cardio, core, and flexibility.
Our Foundations Class includes 3 intro sessions with a Level 1 Trainer, followed by a week of FREE classes, and 24/7 access to the gym. This program is designed to help beginners learn the skills they need. Participating in Foundations allows our coaches to get to know you personally and evaluate how we can help you achieve your goals.
CrossFit classes provide a strength and conditioning program that consists of constantly varied functional movements. Our classes combine strength training with the traditional CrossFit cardio workout. In this class, the coach will lead you through a warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling options for you.
Forging Stronger Kids teaches proper body patterns that kids will use their whole life. It is designed to improve and develop gross motor skills. We want to teach heathy habits to kids. We do this by setting up obstacle courses, workouts, and PE style games all while focusing on our core beliefs of using proper body movements to have fun.

I LOVE this gym. It was the first time I ever did CrossFit and they make you feel so welcome and comfortable! They make sure you are doing things with correct form and are super encouraging. I was nervous to try it and as hard as it it the people there make you want to go back.
I also had to put my membership on hold because of school and that’s one of the BEST qualities about a membership because they don’t charge you a fee of you need to put it on hold because of life and busy times.
The trainers, the other members, and the membership flexibility makes this one of my favorite gyms I’ve

Joined the gym while working in the area. Everyone at the gym and the coaches are really encouraging. From beginners to competitors everyone is included in each workout. An awesome community and great gym.

CrossfitBarboursville is one of the best. The gym is fully stocked and always super clean. The workout programming is challenging and adjustable to less intensity if needed. The coaches are all professionals, super patient, and explain all the movements thoroughly. Give this gym a try and you will experience the difference!

The coaches here are top notch! As someone coming in new to CrossFit they were able to quickly recognize small changes to make a big impact in form and they support each members growth and fitness journey!

Great coaches, great environment. Competitive natured, but in a non-toxic, fist-bumpy, happy to see you sort of way. Classes are tailored to be beneficial to people of all fitness levels. Coaches are genuinely excited to see improvement and are great at pushing said improvement. Highly recommended.

I do not have enough good things to say about CrossFit Barborsville. From the coaches, to the other members everyone is committed to helping each other grow. Classes are challenging yet the coaches are there to guide and help scale workouts for every skill level.
Ive done other group fitness classes and different gym models but this is by far the best gym experience I’ve had.
