I've been living here since late 2017. Roughly around the same time they started making the premium RV lots. This park has changed a lot over the years, but for the better! One of the very few RV parks that offer so many different amenities.
Of course, my family and I had our fair share of complaints about stuff, but those incidents are so rare and far between that there is no need to describe what happened nor worry about it happening again.
Another thing is they haven't exactly made it easy for my family staying here. As mentioned above, we've been here for years and every year something new

Definitely the best camping resort around. Golf cart rentals allow everyone the ease of moving around the park. Lots of activities included with entry fee. Art, firetruck rides, hayrides and a live DJ dance that is kid friendly, makes the weekend a blast to make memories. Yogi, and BooBoo and Cindi made sure a great time was had by all.

We rented 2 cabins. One homestead and 1 Premium king cabin. Our cabin floors and sheets were dirty, we brought extra sheets thank goodness but the cabin needs a good wipe down. Our homestead was very small, smaller then the pictures eluded. My husband is 6 ft tall and didn’t clear under the doorways.. When we first got there the initial cabin they had us in was around a construction zone and had do not enter tape around it, but the staff was so crazy nice and helpful too and changed our location. The place is old and overpriced though. It’s like a summer camp place and the apps are nice for

Everything was very nice, but I have one major concern. The steps leading to the loft area in the 1 bedroom cabin were extremely steep and slippery. We were very lucky that Stella (7 yrs.) was not not badly injured when she slipped and fell down the stairs. I recommend putting stair treads on the stairs before a tragedy happens!

We've stayed at Jellystone the past two Autumn's and really enjoyed it! They've had great activities for the kids, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the cabins are cozy. We're planning on going back this Summer so we can go to the Waterpark.

Every year I take my sons & nephews to Jelly Stone to celebrate the start of Christmas break. This year, the first cabin we were assigned had a broken freezer. The door was unlocked upon our arrival, and the freezer was actually hot. The workers were kind and moved us to a new cabin nearby. The second cabin’s air conditioner didn’t work, but we didn’t figure that out until bedtime. Five little boys cried from being hot and sweaty in the loft. One of the downstairs bedroom windows didn’t seal all the way, so the campfire smoke completely invaded the cabin. I had to close off the bedroom

We stay several times a year when we come visit our family. My mom got a large cabin the air didn't work her bed was so bad they didn't sleep for 2 nights until they switched cabins. We got a small king cabin was cozy. Fireplace didn't work right. We had to clean the bathroom before could use jacuzzi tub, build up around jets no big deal. Floors needed swept. First time we really were disappointed. Our bed was comfortable though. Chairs had animal hair on them was kinda worn so it was poking. Lots of stuff to do if you have children. We usually love staying there if you catch at the right time

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend on the camping side and my family had a blast. I told everyone about camping here and would give the camping sites 5 stars. We decided to come back the following week to stay in an RV. Well all was good until we flushed the toilet in the RV and the smell that came with it was unbearable. We called for service and they sent someone right away... problem solved. The floor had several dips in it, like there is damage being covered up. The reason for the 2 stars are the roaches that were in the kitchen area. They only came out at night, so I figured my kids would

We stayed in the pirate ship and were happy with the room. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we fit comfortably. The water park is also really nice and we definitely enjoyed it. Now for the disappointing parts... the water park was open 11am-3pm (that’s crazy for how much you pay to stay here). The arcade was closed the whole time and pitch dark. The gift shops are mediocre. The fishing deck is disgusting and has spider webs and wasps nests that have been built up throughout the years. Tried ordering ice cream and they had only 2 flavors left (none of which we really wanted) and the lady stated

We arrived with our 4 grandkids and they had double booked our space, however that ended up being the best part of the trip, they made it right by upgrading us to the red carpet area, which is very nice. I had downloaded the app a week or so before the trip and was getting all the alerts on the extra activities that were happening and was so excited to tell the kids about all of it. However upon arrival those alerts stopped and there was no sign of extra activities! The Maze had grass as tall as the kids, the painting activity was way overpriced and ran by young rude girls that basically just wanted
