The Camera Guys

This is my first review for The Camera Guys, but I have used them 3 times and each time has been a positive experience. I had a complete surround exterior security system installed at my previous home a few years ago, then at my current home at the beginning of this year. After some home renovations, two of the cameras had to be removed and a new area required coverage. I coordinated with Al earlier in the week via phone and web and in no time had a quote and appointment scheduled. Today Matt and Robert came out to my home. It is with great pleasure that I write this review. The Home Security System installed by The Camera Guys, LLC has made my life feel more safe, secure, and carefree.. Brian was prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable about my personal home security needs. He worked with precision and expertise without me really knowing he was there. I was given an estimated time of completion and he was done at that time. I did not have to ask him to clean up any thing because it was already done. The system has brought me great comfort with crystal clear pictures and access through my phone 24 hours

I do not recommend this company as they have been no call no shows 2 different times. Unreliable.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable while fixing our cameras. We’ve had 2 other techs, from other companies try to fix them with no luck. Mike was able to get them up and running quickly! I highly recommend The Camera Guys.

The Camera Guys installed a 3 camera solution at our residence along with a video recorder and we have been quite happy with both the installation, the performance of the system and their ongoing support. Matt and his team were meticulous with the install and provided both hands on training and documentation for the system and the mobile app. Since then, we have had a couple of issues where system wasn't recording and the app wasn't properly notifying us and we reached out to Mike who got back to us within the hour and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and walk me through the steps

These guys are great! I chose them to install security cameras on the perimeter of my home four years ago. I was impressed then with their knowledge, expertise, and honesty. The install went well and the cameras have worked flawlessly since that time. Recently, however, I changed my router which caused the NVR box to lose its settings rendering the viewing app unusable. I couldn’t be happier with my cameras from the camera guys! The staff have all been very helpful, they came out on Christmas Eve to install my cameras! And I recently had a problem with my dvr not working, and Mike the owner personally reached out to help. Such a great company! I definitely recommend

We have been using Camera Guys for over 2 year's now to service all our gas stations in Northern California, We can not say enough good things about them. With most companies we used the past they will always be prompt on the big ticket jobs and when it comes to warranty repairs or small add-ons they always seem to not be a priority but Camera Guys treats every job the same big or small. Keep up the great work!

Couldn't be happier! My system was installed a couple of years ago and works flawlessly. I've since then changed internet provider and routers a couple of times and when this happens you have reconnect the app and change the IP address so you can look at the feed with your phone app. Their technical support is top noch. They walked me through everything I needed to do with a lot of patience. They're really experts at what they do. As far as systems and support goes, look no further. They're awesome!

Listen, I'll admit I'm not the easiest person to please :-) But when I saw Matthew took care of us today He did that!!! Matthew made sure we had up to date cameras so much so he went to the store to be sure what we purchased would do the job. Then stayed way later because it was one of our busiest days at the Church and it's All done and just Exactly what we needed this is just the beginning of a lasting friendship and spreading the news to Everyone The Camera Guys are the one and affordable

I like these guys! We recently engaged them to install a security camera system on the exterior of our building. They were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment we specified was efficiently installed and unlike many small businesses, every time I call them during business hours someone answers the phone..super helpful when I needed tutored about how to use the system capabilities. I'm pleased and recommend them without reservation.

Knowledgeable and Friendly but most of all, HONEST!

Other camera companies are not so straight forward with cost and quality of devices.

I was impressed when the camera guys sent me a quote that used google earth, when we did the walk through we changed up a few things that were not obvious from above, and were able to set an installation date the following week!

We just got a 4 camera system installed - the camera guys showed up on time and finished an hour early!

They were friendly, efficient and explained everything they were going to do before they did it, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

They trained me on how to use the system on my desktop and on my iphone, and provided me with contact

They arrived to my scheduled install appointment early and installed the cameras quickly. The installation was clean and looks great! The cameras are awesome! Good views and clear pictures.

I had an existing security camera system in place, which I self-installed. But I wanted to place two more cameras at locations which require hard-wire connections into the house. It was something beyond my expertise since the wires need to go from above my garage door to my 2nd floor office. Several place I called either will not install my camera because I didn't buy it from them, or the quote I got was too high.
