Our highly-trained machinists use Citizen, Tsugami, Star and Escomatic Swiss Turning machines, which provide proven repeatable processes to meet your most stringent requirements.
The machinists at Micro-Matics have specialized expertise in machining critical surfaces finishes some as critical as 5Ra. We have turned diameters to a roundness of.0002 on some of the most difficult materials, including: Inconel, Hastelloy and many 300 series SST materials.
