Excellent Business! Firth Co Op got done with my 4 mount and balance within 20 min And I was out of there by 1220. I wasn’t due for my alignment appt until 1330 at Auto Docs. They put together another vehicle they had in the shop so they could get mine in right away since I had nowhere to go in Firth. Highly Recommended!

We love Auto Doc's! They've always done great work on our vehicles. We're a homeschooling family and we like to bring our kids in when we pick up or drop off a vehicle so the kids can learn from the interaction. I especially appreciate that James is patient and answers my kids' questions just as professionally, making sure they understand, as if they were the customer themselves! We highly recommend Auto Doc's.

With a large family of young drivers and multiple older high mileage vehicles, we need to a good mechanic! Whenever we take a vehicle in to Auto Doc's, they always give us an estimate before making any repairs and my final bill always comes back at or below what I was quoted. I also appreciate that they will advise me about which repairs are urgent (safety issue) versus which ones can wait. I've never had a problem or concern that my vehicles weren't properly or completely repaired. It's nice not having to worry about a mechanic taking advantage of me or one of my kids just

I called James and asked if I could get my car in the shop to get looked at Monday morning, as it would shut off while I was driving, and he said that he could get to it later in the afternoon. I dropped it off at about 9AM that day and before 11AM he called with a diagnosis and a quote. He said he could have it finished by the end of the day Tuesday; it was done before 10AM. I had problems with my air conditioner as well, so he actually put on a compressor that I had already purchased. Now my car is running better than it ever has, and I've had it for a year and a half.
