My friends and I had the most wonderful experience here! This is a great spa. The employees are very good at what they do, very knowledgeable and professional. I love that they use an organic skincare line, and the sauna and steam room were great too! Lounge room is very comfortable and relaxing and beautifully decorated. Will definitely go back again! (Very affordable too)

I got a massage that left me feeling more anxious than when I got there. The room was cold, the attendants hands were cold, and the massage did not feel professional. Two years ago I had the best massage here and this experience left me never wanting to go. At this point I will not be returning.

After some reajustes of our scheduled time, my husband and I had an amazing time during our couples massage. The place has a great vibration with 528hz music, healing your mind and body. I am pregnant and desperate for a massage to help lose some accumulated liquids. I had a blessed time with David. He is a sweet soul, beautiful energy and amazing masseuse! My original review was not good. I wasn’t satisfied with my experience. I then booked another massage with Samantha because my friend recommended her. I am very happy I did. She really got into my sore muscles and her technique was awesome. I left feeling refreshed and new. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best spas I ever visited. Each massage therapist has been wonderful. I am partial to Jennette who has "magical hands" which hands hone in on the achy parts of my body and fixes what needs to be fixed.
I just booked a double session with her and cannot wait to go there in 10 days!!
BTW: Jennette is as nice as she is proficient. What a pleasure. 5 stars*****? I give it 10!.

I visited Body Relief back in late August and it was the perfect experience. When you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming and calming, the waiting area is quiet and comfortable.
David took the time to answer any questions I had while also explaining everything that would be done. He told me fun facts about myself like I grind my teeth in my sleep and what side I mainly sleep on, all based on my muscle tensions. He gave me tips that would help with future hip care and explained to me what I can do to help other areas that tend to be sore.
I will recommend Body Relief and David to anybody I meet

50 year old VIRGIN when it comes to massages, day spas, or anything this fancy but... my wife wanted to do a "couples massage" on our anniversary trip to Lake George, so I obliged. NOTE: I first noticed this at the Fort William Henry add-on option but booked it separately (first communicating through email)

I had a deep tissue massage with Kaleb (or Caleb) at Body Relief Day Spa on Friday 8/2/19. I arrived early and the check in receptionist was kind and helpful. I filled out a form and waited in their comfy lounge.
I'm so glad I asked him to focus on the pain in my shoulder. He said what I was describing sounded like my rotator cuff to him. I also asked that he work on my sinuses that were bothering me from allergies. The massage was great. I left feeling improved range of motion and pain relief. Today I realized that my shoulder pain is mostly gone! I'm thankful! Kudos Kaleb on

I have had many many many massages in my life and have had them all around the world and this was one of the best! I came up from New York City to finish writing a business plan. I needed a massage. I was going to go to the big expensive hotel here in town's spa but I was like nah, let me look around as usually those are overpriced. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere in the area for a professional, licensed massage therapist. My friend and I were visiting on a girls weekend and decided to start our Saturday out with what was supposed to be nice relaxing massages. She actually enjoyed her warm stone massage with her therapist, I however had a completely awkward and unprofessional "maternity" massage.
I want to be clear it was in no way the maternity pillows that were used, which I opted about after 15 minutes to remove bc it was hurting my head, it was completely the therapist and his technique. I receive massage

Bigger isn't always better. I would've given their old location and how customers were treated a 12 on five point scale. I'm not nearly as satisfied since they moved across the street. Parking is odd in that you have to walk around the building to get in. After checking in, I was offered the ladies room to find no paper towels to dry my hands. I went out to the desk and was not offered one when I explained the bathroom is empty.

Absolutely adored this spa! My boyfriend and I went today for Valentine's Day for a couples massage and was amazed at how cozy, relaxing and comfortable our visit here was. We felt right at home! I will definitely be coming back, even though our commute was 50 mins south it was well worth it. I would highly recommend to all our friends and family. They also gave us a rose and carnation for V~day which I thought was extremely sweet
