I'll tell you all, great and wonderful service the assistants and staff of Infuze Credit Union would do and share for all those that use this bank. In early October, I made a purchase for delivery by mistake from a scamming website, which promised me it would arrive the next month. After that, it turned out that it was once again, a scam. Because I went to it, and the page of the website was just left blank. Thanks to both Ashlee and Ms. Huitt, they were such a big help. In order to get my refund, they had me fill out a cardholder fraud form and the EFT, and I got myself a new debit card. Because

Not a great service! They're never really there to help their members, unlike their mission stated on their website.
"Our Mission: To build strong financial lives together through Education, Innovation, Member Service, and Community Involvement"
Few of the tellers are passive-aggressive in their tone and not willing to help any further. The branch manager (Rolla, MO) is pretty helpless in resolving any issue. The tone of Sheila from their collections department is condescending, and that is not the right way to treat their longtime customers.
For context, I'm a student

As a military member, my bank is not located here, I went to the ATM and was charged $3.50 to take out cash. I understand convince fees but do you really need to charge that much!?! I this bank is taking advantage of military members. So much for Soldiers first especially being in post. Never going here again!!!

I wish that it was possible to give zero stars, The treatment at the hands of the assistant manager Jenny(i) and Lori Lebeouf was appalling. I had my purse stolen while I was out of state, they managed to make the entire experience of replacing my debit card and closing my account way more difficult then it needed to be. In order to replace my card immediately it would cost me $50.00, to stop the payment on the checks that were stolen that would be another $40 something. The amount of money it was going to cost to protect my account was absolutely insane. Since then I've spoken to a few different

I have had my eye on this bank for years, before I used to bank with Bank of Crocker, until the refused to cash a check, I wrote with them for a camping trailer I bought on let go. I got a really nice deal on it too. I had the money in the bank, and they told him they were waiting to make sure all my charges came out, before they would honor this check, needless to say, the man was about to call the sheriff, and wanted his trailer back. I got rid of the bank, opened an accout with infuse, I am treated with way more respect, than Bank of Crocker! This bank rocks!

This “Credit Union” does not care about its members. For the past couple years, they’ve lied, stolen, and treated their members poorly. I was an account holder with them for a majority of my life. I cancelled my account as of last October with them. I’d rather do business with a bank than these people.
Multiple times in one month, every month, if my account dropped below $50 in checking, they would start automatically pulling $29 fees before I actually ever went negative, which would guarantee that I ended in the negative, which guess what? They charged more fees. So what should have been
