The Ranch is a full service venue situated on the banks of the East Rosebud River in the center of "The Last Best Place", just 45 minutes west of Billings. Our venue options are unparalleled anywhere, not just here in Montana. Our venue slogan "No Place, SPEAKS 'Montana' like The Ranch!" comes from this fact.
Words do not effectively describe the magical and amazing weekend that Judi, Lincoln and family created for us at Quaking Aspen Ranch. Our Wedding weekend lasted over 4 days and each day was full of incredible food and fun activities. White water rafting, riding horses, dance lessons, and shooting competitions only cover a few!

Wanting to give this beautiful place a higher rating but I’m a stickler for customer service so here goes…. The wife gets 5 stars for her warm hospitality but not so much for the husband who seems to be in charge. He wasn’t welcoming and we all (11 of us) got the feeling he did not want us there fr the minute we arrived which was disappointing for our first day of a long awaited vacation. We just needed 1 night here and we were excited based on the reviews for the accommodations and esp the food. I explained when i booked we had 7 tween/teens & 4 adults so I’m not sure why it felt like

My sister got married at the ranch in July and it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen!!! Lincoln and Judi were great hosts and everybody had a great time. The food was delicious and they did anything asked of them to help my sister have the best day! It's a blessing that the Powers share their amazing ranch with the public, such a gorgeous place! My family made memories that we'll cherish forever and Quaking Aspen Ranch definitely holds a special spot in our hearts. We fell in love with Quaking Aspen Ranch when we visited in the fall but nothing could have prepared us for how beautiful and perfect it was for our wedding come spring. Every feature of the Ranch was exquisite and provided a gorgeous backdrop to our wedding weekend - from the rehearsal dinner on the bridge to the creekside ceremony to the reception at the barn. Lincoln and Judi were wonderful hosts and worked with us closely to make sure our wedding was just what we envisioned. Quaking Aspen Ranch was our dream come true in a wedding venue! We absolutely loved using the beauty of the ranch as the backdrop to our special day. We were so thankful to find a venue that allowed us to be creative and customize our special day in every single way that we needed and accommodate our large party of family and friends! What an AMAZING wedding we had at Quaking Aspen Ranch on Aug 18, 2018. My wife and I both had such an amazing time and it was all such a dream come true. So many of our guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they have ever attended!
The Ranch and property are gorgeous! The rehearsal dinner on the bridge was amazing! Such a serene & beautiful setting and the food was out of this world, both at the rehearsal dinner and the reception!

We got married in July 2017. Right away, we were treated like family. All through the planning process towards the big day, Lincoln and Judi helped us with everything; even joking that after this [the wedding] is all said and done, we would be on each other’s Christmas card lists.
