Placed an order for 200 bottles and traveled over 76 miles to pick them up. There was an accident preventing us from entering the road they were located on making the trip even longer. When we arrived the owner’s son refused to allow use of their restroom. He suggested we go down the road to Stewart’s, but we told him it was hard getting access to their road due to the accident. I had a mask, hand sanitizer and no symptoms. He didn’t even care. I’m sorry, but he showed a lack of human decency and if we hadn’t traveled so far this order would have been cancelled.

So lucky to have discovered these folks 10 minutes from our house! My husband and I do some canning, make hot sauce, dry some herbs from our garden each year. Jars are expensive in the retail stores and small bottles are impossible to find. You can find them online but shipping can get expensive. With Burch we were able to place on order online on Saturday and pick it up right at the warehouse on Monday afternoon. The prices are INSANELY good. The staff was delightful. Even being to so kind to run back out to the warehouse when I realized I'd bought the wrong caps and exchange them for me. When

I've been ordering my candle jars through Burch Bottle because their prices are great and they're comparatively geographically close so the shipping isn't too bad. Today I contacted them to see when a product was going to be back in stock and the customer service person went over and beyond my expectations by checking with the warehouse to see if they had any more in stock, so I was able to purchase the amount I needed to tide me over. I'm beyond thrilled with their brand and their customer service and will continue to shop with them as long as I need jars

I ordered 2-ounce glass jars and gold metal lids for BBQ spice rub. They are high-quality and look fantastic. They shipped and arrived very quickly, and were extremely well packaged for transit. Very impressed in every way! I will definitely recommend Burch Bottle to others that need such products in the future.
