DO NOT use them. Take heed of negative reviews. Was quoted 100 dollars on the phone to open a locked door with a standard lock. The technician arrives and charges 200 dollars for something that took 2 minutes. That's a 100 % jump for a standard job they should be able to estimate accurately!! So shady and I feel completely ripped off.

I was quoted 250.00 to change the lock and dead bolt on two doors. I filled out the information on top of the invoice but didn't sign. The description was blank. Once he was done, he gave me a 640.00 invoice for 1 hour of work. He then said that I knew the price as I filled out the invoice information. Total scam. I told him to take the locks off and leave. After 30 minutes of arguing, we finally settled for 300.00. I would not use them at all.

The "technician" used a crowbar to open my locked door.
Afterwards my door was damaged and wouldn't shut. The 'technician' blamed me for the door not shutting. He got my door to shut part way and left. After he left, I realized the deadbolt no longer lock and the door didn't shut completely.
Contacted the company and they are totally uninterested in the damage they did to my door and the fact the door would no longer close all the way.
