I have been to the store a few times over the last few weeks. Once I went in to inquire about a rental and was surprised when both employees did not have masks on and one gentleman was actually helping a customer without a mask at all! The second time I went in the same two employees did not have masks on once again and did NOT put one on when assisting customers. This is absolutely ridiculous! We are required to wear a mask when coming into your store but you don’t wear one when helping customers. I’ve not been to one store in the area that does not wear masks. Irresponsible and ridiculous

This review is long overdue. The Packaging Store made a custom box for a large mounted fish for us and also shipped two pallets of delicate, difficult to move items from Anchorage to rural Mississippi over three years ago. Everything arrived intact, unscathed, and on time. The custom box was a little expensive, for good reason. I consider the cost for the pallets shipped to have been affordable. I highly recommend this store for your moving needs.
