Worst experience ever. I called them 6 times over the course of 2 days to repair the refrigerator at the company I work for. They only answered 1 time, and at that time they said someone would call me back. Big surprise.. Nobody did. I knew that our refrigerator was old and needed to be replaced. I just needed a quote for repairs so I could show my plant manager we needed a new one, and that we were prepared to buy a new one from this company. But since I never got a call back or had anybody answer the phone... I bought 2 new refrigerators on line for $8k a piece from global industrial supply.
