We have found Cliff and Quality 1 heating to be extremely professional. They always respond no matter whether it’s the weekend or a week day. Cliff is an Engineering and takes pride in his work and is happy to take the time to explain the job. Fran who handles all the scheduling and correspondence is very approachable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Quality1 for any HVAC needs.

Installation was done quickly and I really appreciate how Cliff and Eric went the extra mile to fix the original home installation shortcuts. The install is now how it should have been when the house was originally built. The new furnace install is now TRULY better than new. Unit works great and is very quiet. Price was very fair. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks for the great experience!

Outstanding experience with Quality 1.
