1/18/2022 They cancelled my appointment 20 min before my appoinment via a email and I was on my way to my appointment. I booked online but I provided my phone number. Do NOT USE ONLINE BOOKING IF YOU CANT USE IT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. They charge $25 for rescheduling and no shows 100% of appoinment is automatically charged. But they have nerve the cancel my appointment in 20 minutes before my appoinment. I have never experienced something like this ever! Not a reliable business BE AWARE!!! DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE FOR NOT SHOWING UP LOL THEY DO THE SAME

My first time trying this place for a full face wax. Haven't had my eyebrows touched by another person in more than 6 months so there was plenty to work with. Unfortunately, you really need to trust who's waxing you because once too much hair is waxed off, there's nothing that can be done. If I could go back in time, I wish I would've checked in more with the girl waxing me to make sure she wasn't removing too much hair from my eyebrows. They're so thin now, especially at the tail. Very disappointed.

As a mom of two toddlers this was a much needed relaxation. Yanelli made my stress and tension disappear. As she massaged my face her calm energy made my everyday stress go away and it was a weight lifted off. I even took a small nap , thats how relaxing it was. I loved it !
