I would never go to this hospitals ER again. Hand down the worse nursing staff I have ever seen. As I read all these negative reviews I can definitely relate. They are simply rude. Something needs to change with this ER. The nurse Had such a horrible, snotty attitude. She made my mom feel like she was a huge inconvenience for her. It took hours to see a doctor and when we did he was the same way. They did nothing to help her and I am so disgusted that they treated her so badly. The only people there that were nice was the young lady at the front desk. Shame on you guys. I really am ready for the

I was in pain and I was cussing because I was in pain. The doctor asked me not to while the nurse moved me and I didn't mean to but I blurted out a curse. The male doctor on staff rolled a wheelchair in my room and told me to leave and that he wouldn't treat me anymore in the emergency room. I had to leave while in pain and no other emergency room is open. They are vowed to help people and I was turned away for swearing in pain.

One star because you can't do zero... This is the hospital that you go to die!!! The ICU is the worst I've ever seen! Dr. Wade Butaud Is horrible! He just stops treating people with covid! I've now had 2 family members almost die and 2 family members pass away now because of him. The two that lived only lived because we fought and had them transferred to a different hospital. Don't take your loved ones here take them to Roosevelt or drive to Salt Lake!

Would be giving one star but the med/surge staff is fantastic so they get two. The ER staff is horrible. The doctors and nurses are all extremely rude and arrogant and they do not care. They don’t listen to you and assume they know everything when they absolutely do not. Expect to be belittled the entire time you’re there and in the end they don’t even help you. If you get admitted you will deal with friendly staff who actually care. My advice is to drive 30 minutes to Roosevelt. Well worth the extra gas.

Megan in the outpatient surgery is wonderful! Dr Lance from White Smiles is Fantastic! With them working Together we were comfortable from beginning to end. Answering all questions and concerns and making sure we were totally comfortable when we left.

I cannot thank the people at this hospital enough. They took care of my daughter through a really scary event. She had a team of employees by her side in seconds. They stayed with her for a long time. They allowed me to talk to my daughter while they were getting her through it. They should so much compassion and kindness to her. They held her hand and showed so much compassion and love.
I would like to thank Dr. Joyce, Dr. Buchanan, and the other doctors that rushed to her side. The nurses were amazing, they were kind to me and my daughter. Amy in ICU and her aide were wonderful. I had to go

My 2 nurses were phenomenal. I only remember the name of one, it was Kaylene. My doctor was absolutely rude. I was in the ER following an accident with a horse. I have multiple fractured ribs and several other injuries. I haven't needed medical care since 2012. She treated me like an addict, and like I was a huge imposition to her for being in the ER. I left feeling like I didn't really know the extent of my injuries or what type of future care I might need, I was rushed out and treated terribly. Seriously, some kind bedside manners wouldn't hurt you any.

I will never take any of my family there again. One of my family members have struggled with addiction and were turned away when they needed help go through withdrawals. Help them relieve the symptoms. Because of (Covid) they were going to make them wait 7 hours before being helped and pushed them back out to the waiting room. I am disgusted by the way they treated them. Thinking that they were just searching for a high. It freaking hurts to go through that and they just needed help to get through it. They could of been their only hope to make it to the first step to sobriety and they push them

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my 2 year old to the emergency room for second degree burns and the doctors and nurses treated my wife and son horribly. There was a lack of human compassion and empathy. We ended up being released against doctor's orders and went to seek our care from UBMC instead. It was worth the wait and worth the drive to Roosevelt. I will never step foot in this hospital again, the treatment we received was unprofessional and unacceptable.

My husband was in a mountain bike wreck in April and Dr Moore was on call in the ER. My husband fractured his Acetabulum and broke bones in both wrists. Dr Moore got his hip set and transferred care to IHC in Murray. After 2 surgeries and a week long stay at IHC, my husband was able to come back to Vernal. After the initial appointments with the surgeons in Salt Lake we were able to transfer his care to Dr. Moore. He took very good care of my husband and took the time to sit and explain what to look for, and what some long term issues might be with my husbands injuries. He was also able to change

Dr Moore is a breathe of fresh air. Ive been to many doctors throughout my lifetime and the good, professional, caring ones are far and few between. Its a blessing to find a physician willing to listen to your concerns without rushing you out the door. He is confident and skilled in what he does and has a passion to help and heal others. Medicine is his calling and without hesistation I reccommend Dr Moore 1000%.
