Customer service is horrible. Their attitudes are decent, however their effort to solve an issue is deplorable. I was suppose to receive a refund weeks ago. I’ve been calling and calling and yet no one can seem to get me to anyone that we actually SEND the refund. Everyone wants to transfer you to someone else, and then you’re on hold for a good 15-20mins of dead silence with no resolution. I would never refer this company to any business colleagues/associates of mine.

As of 12/16/21, based on some reviews I've read before writing my review, customer service has truly degraded. I called six days ago, answered too many questions, each of the three times I was transferred. Finally, an Agent, Adam, eagerly said he'd get back to me with quotes later that evening or first thing next morning. Adam was never heard from again!! I've called and called after being told he's on the phone and he will call you back. He NEVER DID! My goodness, at least show enough consideration to call back and at the least, say "we can't help you"! I believe a lot of these "glorified" reviews

I called them like 4 days ago 12/12/2021... Because I was looking for a quote for my new business. That day the asked many questions about my new business, my estimate income, employees, experience and other questions before transfer me to another representative. After 5 minutes somebody said that another representative will call me during the day for my quote. After 3 days NOBODY call me back and every day that v all again and ask why nobody call, the answer is that they are still looking for someone to call me.

At first, before you buy the insurance they are willing to go out of there way to help you and are so nice and willing to jump hoops!, After you get the insurance, you can freaking forget it! No answers, sent several emails for them to call me back, 5 days later 3 messages and still no call back, updated the certificated 4 days later still no update! Half tempted to cancel and go with someone else since I needed this LAST WEEK! Freaking ridiculous!
