We offer hot sandwiches from Chef Tom's smoked pork butt and beef brisket. In addition, we offer paninis, cold sandwiches, made from scratch soups, and fresh salads.
We also have vegetarian and gluten-free options! Check out our Daily Menu. We bring to Rhinelander a fine line of Italian deli meats, artisan cheeses, small-producer balsamic vinegars and oils, and chef-inspired food, wine, and beer pairings. Take a look! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. Chose this place at random after Googling food joints. So glad I opted for that place. Ordered lunch for my husband and some of his coworkers, (construction, so perpetually different job sites). Everyone praised the quality and taste of the food. Asked where I got it from so they could get carryout for themselves again. As for me, I ordered the "trifecta." Absolutely loved it, but it's a 2 hour drive from home. Strongly recommend you just go ahead and order 2 servings of whatever you think you'll like, because you're bound to want more after you eat

I am saddened to write this review. I am a local and usually enjoy my visits. I will say the food has declined in quality over time. I work for a health center and we have had Ct's cater a few of our small events with zero complaints. I also feel responsible when I refer you to our clinic in the UP to support your local business. I called to place a catering order 48hours in advance as indicated on the website. A younger lady answered the phone and was pleasant. I asked her if I could place a catering order and she told me to wait a moment. I over heard her ask if another person could take the

As a newcomer to the Northwoods, stopped into CT's Deli for the first time. For takeout, I ordered the Italian Beef with Au Jus and a Reuben. On impulse, I couldn't resist that day's special, Poke with Korean BBQ Beef. CT's is a fast-casual, counter service restaurant. Ordered at the bar (the counter) and picked up at the chef's window when my name was called. Service is streamlined with staff communicating via headsets, no delays in getting my order to the kitchen and the server at the Poke bar was already starting on my poke bowl as I watched her skillfully prepare and

A lovely dining restaurant at this pub/grill after a day of skiing. Decor is very trendy & cozy. They also sell homemade balsamic oils, olive oils, clothing & mugs. We ordered a panini, chicken pesto panini & 1/2 pulled pork with soup.
1/2 the building is a bar. Friendly fast service with excellent service. They offered 3 soup choices & I got the rice & Gouda cheese. All meals were very tasty.

My husband and I used CT's as our caterer for our wedding this past September (2021) and they were amazing. We met with Rhonda to go over what we wanted and she was very professional in following up with everything leading up to our day.
We had an event with around 200 people and chose to serve roasted chicken, shaved sirloin, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, and other veggies. We also had them bring brownies, lemon bars, and cheesecake bars for our dessert table.
Everything went without a hitch! Everyone got served very fast, we heard from guests that even the last people in line got hot food

Let me start with you must read the signs as you enter. Luckily for me, I read everything. When you walk in, follow the signs to order at the bar.
Everyone seemed ok.
I ordered a double of jack Daniels and coke along with a sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. I wasn't really looking forward to eating a sandwich but I'm not from the area and the five stars is what brought me here.
I was originally across the street at another restaurant and they couldn't even give a menu while serving everyone food around me, that's what also led me here.
But then it seems the locals

I've had food from CTs about a dozen times now and you couldn't pay me to find anything bad to say about anything I've tried. The building is great, especially the bar side, outdoor seating, and carry out. Limited parking on Brown street, but plenty on the west side of the building. As is the theme in this region, check hours before heading over. Hopefully some day they extend hours a couple days a week because it also seems like a fun place for some cocktails.

A very ecclectic place for a quick sandwich. No table service available, probably due to Covid.Order at counter and get your own non alcohol drinks. They do have a bar. Beer wine served .We had Rueben sandwiches. Very good. Meat tender and juicy. A little to much sauce, but that's just me. Would recommend CT deli if you are in Rhinelander are.

CT’s deli did not disappoint at our wedding this past October! We ordered beef tips + gravy, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and other sides. Everything was over the top delicious and the buffet was organized and clean. We served over 200 people in less than 25 minutes and still had enough for seconds! We highly recommend them for catering for any event.

1st time customer, had heard so many good reviews and recommendations but never stopped in before. Ordered a special sandwich (not on the menu board) and wasn't disappointed; I've always preferred classic delis where you can get just what you want. Live 20miles away, but as I come to Rhinelander often for shopping and appointments, will definitely be a regular customer in the future.

Been here twice and had fantastic experiences each time. The massive bloody Mary pitcher is something else. They have a nice beer selection and are more than willing to let you sample one. Service has always been excellent. I had the brisket the other time I went. It's was a little on the dry side. I wish they had a spicier BBQ sauce too. But those minor things wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Cts deli is amazing. If you are in town and looking for great food, stop in here. Very fresh ingredients. Great tasting sandwiches. I had the turkey and my girl had the portobello mushroom panini. They were both fantastic. Dustin and the boys in the kitchen are great at what they do. Ali gave us great service and refreshing drinks at the bar.

Heard a lot of hype and ultimately very disappointed. Ordered the smoked salmon sandwich. Wilted lettuce, dirty panini grill left grill crud on the bread, and the bacon made it too darn salty. They have a lot of options on the menu and unique food snack and jerky, but I couldn't finish my food and there's a bad taste in my mouth.

Great spot for a tasty, casual lunch in downtown Rhinelander. CT's is a lot bigger than it might look from the outside - there's a full bar area, a casual deli counter, bakery and a nice amount of seating.
In terms of food, they have tons of sandwich options (hot and cold), three soups including a bratwurst cheese, and a good number of salads. The mister went for a brisket sandwich and I had an excellent Italian beef with nice spicy giardinera.

Checking this place out for the first time. Great menu of soups, sandwiches and salads. Lots of vegetarian items. It's attached to a bar with a nice selection of local craft beers. This place also offers deli items like cold cuts, cheeses, flavored olive oils and other goodies.
Make sure to pay attention to the fabulous music memorabilia wall at the entrance. It's really outstanding Doug Ferrel!

This place just keeps getting better and better. They probably have the best bloody Mary's in town! I love their salads especially the Greek salad and their sandwiches are delicious. The bartenders are always so attentive and very nice. Now that they remodeled it's even bigger and has more seating. Great job!

I am a fairly tough critic when it comes to restaurants given that I am surrounded by great ones in Chicago and I worked in several restaurants when I was younger. I needed a quick lunch and got a take out sandwich from CT's Deli yesterday and it was nothing less than excellent. The smoked salmon club with the warm flatbread is enough to just drive back for from our lake house 20 miles away. This was my first time and will not be my last. Also, the prices for what you get are very reasonable.

This is the only place with good food north of Oshkosh (not that i know if any good food in Oshkosh anyway?!) that we look forward to eating at every trip.
It's a great casual atmosphere, with delicious deli food and sandwiches, inspired and original fare. Did I mention the wide selection of beers and cocktails?
Highly recommend this for anyone in or around Rhinelander.

We stopped here for dinner due to a recommendation from a colleague in town. Upon walking in, you can immediately tell the restaurant prides itself at the deli counter. The menu is made of upscale deli items, including hot and cold sandwiches and side salads. They have a full bar with mostly local drafts and decent wine.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato salad. The sandwich was pulled pork but with slaw and sliced pickles. A small serving it was not. Fortunately, I was hungry after driving up from Madison and ate the whole thing. The pork was smoky, not overdressed with

CT's Deli is great! Needing a little sustenance for our drive home we stopped in and got lunch! The interior ambience was fun, the outside patio was lovely with the flowers and the food was exceptionally tasty. They offered a number of gluten free items including the tasty brisket which had had a lovely little smoke ring and the simple yet delicious wild rice salad which I want to make! My husband loved the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork in a box as well as the beer cheese soup. The portions were significant and the prices were very, very reasonable! We also liked that our pup was welcome
