I was driving from Nevada to West Virginia and basically the front-end fell out from under my 1999 Ford Expedition. I called this company (D's Wrecker Service) and they came and took me to a great garage....(Ken's Garage). The driver was very young and I will say I feared the worst, but he turned out to be more then able. A great young man who was very pleasant and nice. Very respectful, just an all around great guy. I would like to thank him for taking care of me and my family during a very hard time....So thank you, I did forget your name, I'm sorry about that but I'm sure you know who you are

I called this wrecker service to come pull one of my company trucks out of a ditch in Council Hill. The gentleman I spoke to said he was going to text me his personal cell phone number so that my driver could drop a PM to his location and he would come pull him out. I asked him if he would take a credit card over the phone to pay for the bill he said he normally doesn’t do that but he would make an exception this time. He never texted me his personal cell phone to drop the pen to go get my driver pulled out of the ditch.

They tried to charge us 3300$ for a 18 wheeler stuck in the mud, on occasions in varies cities this has happened to my trucks and I have never paid more then $1000. They charge by the hour and my driver said they were Lollygagging around most of the time. By far the worst. Be prepared to pay a lot of money

I actually have been thinking long and hard about just how to write this review, to help people understand who they are dealing with when using this wrecker or repair service...First I will say that every employee that we dealt with were very friendly and professional, and had we not had a 'run in' with the owner, I likely would have given this place a 5 star review and would have spoken very highly of them...Unfortunately we did cross paths with the owner today...We had our truck break down last week near Checotah and we were hauling a goose neck trailer...A truck came and towed our truck to a
