Dr. Parrish is certified as a Diplomate, the highest level that can be achieved, of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Parrish was the primary surgeon in the Center for Implant Excellence at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. A Kentucky native, Dr. Parrish received a Bachelor's degree at Western Kentucky University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
Connie has 12 years experience in the dental field and started with United Smile Centres in 2018 as our front office coordinator in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Patients are often thankful for Connie's expertise as a patient advocate in dental insurance matters as she simplifies this confusing process to give our patients peace of mind and the most pleasant dental experience possible when they leave our office.
Certification as a periodontist after at least 2-3 years of a residency program approved by the American Dental Association. Comprehensive oral and written examinations covering all phases of periodontal disease and its treatment, including dental implants.

Not only did getting an implant NOT HURT, but there were also fewer visits than I originally thought! Let me tell you a little about myself. For many of you, I was in your shoes just a few years ago. My dentist said I was facing a denture situation and I was not happy about it! So, I called United Smile Centre.
Healthier For Your Neighboring Teeth: Traditional restorations require a way to stabilize the prosthetics. Without an implant, this requires altering the otherwise healthy tooth to serve as an anchor. It's important to replace missing teeth, but if we can do it without altering or damaging healthy teeth, it is always the better option.

Went in with intentions of getting a tooth extracted. I was told by my dentist office that the cost would be $179. When I arrived they took my payment then an assistant took me back did a panoramic extras and then the dr came in and went over options with me. Then the assistant came back took me in to another room showed me options of payments. $279 for Extraction, 1700 for bridge, 2700 for an implant. Which all had to be paid in full because they do not take insurance. I said I was told the extraction would be 179 I was sitting in the chair when the dental assistant at my dentist office called

Excellent care and extremely friendly. I’ve been in there at least 10x and from the first time to my final appt, I was always treated very politely. You will always receive appt reminder calls and everyone really seems to care about your comfort. I do and will continue to recommend Dr. V and crew. Thank you all.

I am scared to death of Dentists! But from the moment I walked in to Dr. Parrish’s office, I was made to feel welcome! Friendly and Professional staff was knowledgeable and comforting!
Dr. Parrish was very thorough explaining procedures, as well as being very personable and understanding!

Everyone was very helpful during the process. They explained what was next and answered all of my questions. I was provided with Doctor Parrish's cell phone and told to contact him direct if I had issues or questions after each procedure.

Over the years I have had four implants done by Dr. Parrish at United Smile Centres, in E-town. The latest were two implants replacing molars. The good doctor has always done a professional job with no issues to date. He is always willing to answer any and all of my questions without reservation, I trust his judgement. The job is never rushed, my safety and health seems to have been the primary concern. His staff is very well trained and friendly.
