The last couple of months Saturdays have been a challenge with the one party in the office at a time rule. We have had people show up when someone was here and have to sit and wait a long time in the driveway and then leave (no doubt frustrated) and had a number of Saturdays with no traffic at all.
DO NOT - Look at houses as a whole; look at them in pieces- this kitchen, that bedroom, this floor plan, these style windows, this look from the outside. Keep them in your mind like puzzle pieces in a bag you carry around. DO - Use model homes to get a feel for room sizes and floor plan styles that you can apply when looking at plans.
When I first started building modular homes we made the same mistakes with our customers over and over and both of us got frustrated every time. The mistake was this, you came to see us to figure out your home needs, we would work with the customer and design their dream home.

Chances are that the last time you purchased a home it was already built. And you've spent lots of time and money making changes to the finishes to make it "your home". We have done business with them 2 times, They built a beautiful home for us on our property and we got a Mobile Home for my mother in law and put it in a community right near there. They were very upfront, no surprise cost after and pricing was fair when you realized they were including everything. Just a great business.
