I would highly recommend OC Weight Loss Center, I regret that I didn't come to them earlier :) for last 10 years I've been struggling to lose weight after I gave birth to my kids. And finally I am back to my pre-pregnancy's weight and feel myself perfect! I lost ~27 lb within 3 months. I also changed my mindset about eating habits and overall approach to nutrition.
I find the whole staff of the center is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always got enough attention, my questions were answered in full, I was explained about all medication, etc. Especially Trisha the nutritionist was great at motivating

I started my program in late March to get help with sticking to a program. I’m almost done with it and I’m almost 30 lbs down. Everyone here at OC Weight Loss is so nice. When you sign up, they take the time to explain everything about the program options, pricing, and scheduling. They’ve also been super helpful and flexible whenever I need to reschedule for work related issues.

I lost 45 ponds for 24 weeks with OC weight loss reaching my goal very consistently, without gaining weight during the entire time. OC Weight Loss staff (Trisha, Dr. Kakar, and the admins) were was extremely professional and supportive. I have had such a wonderful experience with OC Weight Loss Center. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I started the 6 month program at the end of October 2020 and am about 4 months into the program! Everyone at the center is so incredibly sweet and supportive! So far after 4 months of nutrition counseling and following their program precisely I have lost 65 POUNDS and counting! It surprises me each week I go in how well it is working!
