Absolutely delicious! My husband and I stopped here on a whim the other night for some gelato. It was heavenly. They serve every order with a mini cookie. They were delicious! This morning we are on our way out of town and stopped here for coffee and some breakfast danishes. I had a Turkey and Swiss croissant and a banana chocolate chip muffin. They were divine. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his ham and cheese croissant and his cinnamon apple streusel muffin. They make real macchiato's, not like the ones that a certain renowned coffee chain makes. Highly recommend!

I will never forgive you for selling out to Panera in Arizona. Panera sucks. Their food is bad and I don't know how long I can live without my chicken walnut sandwich and quiche muffin.

Please come back to Arizona. but I'll still give you 5 stars because the food was so good.

Chocolate chip cooking, chocolate cookie, chocolate fudge cheesecake, and their ice cream were all so delicious! The cookies were soft and chewy just the way I like them. The peanut butter cookie was surprisingly not as soft, and was therefore more on the hard crunchy side, which i wasn't a fan of. The zucchini muffin was surprisingly yummy and so soft. Didn't really know what type of taste to expect from it, but I enjoyed it.

The only thing I truly disliked was their ham and cheese croissant. Firstly, they didn't warm it up for us. And so when we're arrived in our hotel to

So so so good. I mean I'm sure u can tell by all the reviews everything in here is amazing. The staff is superb and it smells so delicious inside. I came here at least 3 times during my stay in aspen just for their bakery items. Ice cream is good too but the bakery was a solid 10/10.

Price is a little high but I think it's expected for the area it's located in.

Hands down best cookies I've had in a long time! We got two dozen minis, a peanut butter chocolate cone, and a cookies and cream milkshake.

I can't rave enough about this place! The cookies were amazing and so fresh!

I’ve been coming here since I was little and the taste/quality has gone way down. I got a lemon and snickerdoodle cookie- the cookies tasted exactly the same. Mostly just a sugary taste. The lemon had no lemon in it. The snickerdoodle no cinnamon. No other flavors. So odd. My husband and kiddo got ice cream (cookies and cream and peanut butter) and they were terrible too. Cookies and cream tasted like unsweetened cream and the peanut butter tasted like a scoop of peanut butter from a jar- no creaminess or real flavor. Not great.

They don’t allow you to order a kids size ice cream with 2 flavors. No different sizes in cones… very pricey, short of options and the people there not friendly.
It is the only ice cream place in the town so, they don’t care about the clients.

Wow I understand the hype! The baked goods are so delicious, and the staff is friendly and warm.

We arrived around noon on a Saturday morning. There was a 10-15 person line, but the staff brought out spoonfuls of ice cream to keep us fed and entertained.

The ginger molasses cookie was my favorite - unique, moist, and popping with flavor!

We also got a blueberry muffin for breakfast the next day. It kept surprisingly well

Definitely worth a visit when you're in town!

Great cafe, great customer service experience. I initially ordered an almond croissant, a hostess with very beautiful eyes came back with apologies and offered to select any other pastry from the shop at no additional charge. Thank you, keep it up!

Conveniently located in a touristy part of town and was perfect for a quick coffee/tea and dessert break. We stopped here twice! Once for ice cream after our dinner, then also as a break from walking. The lemon poppyseed and zucchini breads were amazing as was the mint, strawberry, and lavender ice creams!

The ice cream is decent. Pretty cool, that they put a small cookie on top of the ice cream cone,, but the snickerdoodle cookie I bought separately leaves a lot to be desired. It was pretty dry.

For me it was just okay.
My daughter thought the cookies were amazing.
I thought they were waxy tasting.
We purchased a sugar cookie, snickerdoodle cookie and a blondie.
The blondie was moist with toasted coconut. It was good but not amazing.
Cute and busy place. Come early since a lot of items were sold out.
Friendly staff, easy to locate. There are a lot of benches outside to sit on.
The gelato looked really good, however, it was a cool and misty dat we visited so we had to pass.

SUMMERTIME VISIT:
The line outside is long - going around the corner where the outdoor seats are located - but it moves quickly. Tomorrow they're closed (2021.08.16) to add a to-go window so that might alleviate their line.

We tried a variety of menu items. We got two ice cream cones, one ice cream cup, one ice cream sandwich of snickerdoodle and birthday cake ice cream, a chocolate croissant, a ginger molasses cookie, a hot latte, and an iced cold brew coffee. And with fare like that, there's not a complaint in the group.

Everything in Aspen costs a little more, so plan on that

Really was craving Ice cream after a hike!! Someone on the trail recommended this to our group. It was worth it! There was a line out the door and there was a circle of benches outside the shop. After you ordered, a worker then brought out the ice cream. It was delicious. A fun surprise of a small little cookie with every ice cream. It was a little expensive, about $4.45. The portions were very filling though!

It's been years since I have been to a Paradise Bakery! The locations in Indiana all converted to Panera Bread. I guess I thought Paradise was bought out and was very excited to see this one in Aspen!

I popped in and got a turkey and Swiss croissant for breakfast and grabbed a few other things for later (cranberry bran muffin, chocolate chip cookie, and sugar cookie). The croissant was great! I had it warm and the cheese was perfectly melted and oozed out of the warm croissant. It was super filling and made for a hardy breakfast before a 4 mile walk on the Rio Grande Trail.

I had part

We’ve gone to this place twice already; that’s how good these treats are. We tried their iced dirty chai, their morning glory muffin and their cream cheese brownie (my favorite)
Not cheap, two coffees and a brownie run you about $24 but worth every penny.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the staff because we have been here twice and the staff were so friendly and nice. However, we always stopped by early in the morning when they opened and it wasn't busy. We tried:

Morning glory muffin - so hearty with raisins, nuts, and carrots! It was really moist and delicious.
Banana nut muffin - delicious and topped with walnuts.
Ginger molasses cookie - a little harder than the other cookies but had a nice crunch to it. But the flavor wasn't my favorite.
Lemon cookie - I really loved this cookie - great lemon flavor and so soft

We are glad that they do have gluten free bakeries here. Slightly on the sweet side.

We ordered the hot chocolate here and obviously it's syrup chocolate and milk. Don't except too much here at Aspen.

Everything we tried is Aspen standard. Nothing really stand out but enough for a sweet tooth afternoon
