We used the most advanced auto tint technology from Suntek Film Company. Our carbon tint technology resists, reflects and absorbs heat. This provides a cooling effect in your car and blocks 99% of ultraviolet ray damage to your car. You will never have to use Dye, metallic, or ceramic hybrid tint that fades and needs replacing.
The number one reason for auto tint removal is. Your front door windows didn't pass inspection. So what do you do now? Where do you go? The rejected tint must be removed & you'll need to replace the old tint with tint that will pass inspection. The second reason you may need to remove auto tint is the dreaded "purple looking film" and or "bubbling film".

I downloaded the Coinless app and paid for the most expensive wash. Then I waited and waited for the doors to the automatic wash bay to open, but they never did. I tried calling the manager using the app, but had to leave a message. I tried texting the manager through the app and haven't got a reply yet in almost 10 minutes. Not a fan.

Use the soft touch car wash and this was the result… this looks ridiculous. Wasted $8.
Update : came back this week and used the touchless bay and it worked much better. The owner was kind to reach out, but the explanation for the last experience made sense! We just chose a different bay this time and there were no issues

WASTE OF MONEY!! I drive a standard sized SUV with basic rain-induced mess. I could see from, my see through sunroof, that the car wash spray was not cleaning the roof of my SUV. It barely got to the tops of the doors. The soap sprayed on the roof but the rinse cycles never touched the roof. I went to dry off and noticed that my tires and rims were still dirty and even though I was in the soft-touch wash, large sections of my vehicle were still dirty also! Drying stations were a mess, only one towel was left for me to use and zero window cleaner. Vacuums? You pay for those too! $14 deluxe car wash

Highly recommend Pioneer Detail for their interior detailing. I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with over 100K miles on it and two boys who regularly ride in it. The car hadn't been detailed since I bought it and I honestly was concerned if it could be helped. Pioneer did an outstanding job! The inerior looks beautiful - better than when I bought it. Not a crumb or spot of dirt, all the chrome is polished - it's fantastic. It was so worth it.

Not the greatest experience. I called sometime last week to schedule an appointment for a mini detail which I was told included basic exterior and interior cleaning. I made sure to tell them that I wanted the inside vacuumed and cleaned as well. When I went to pick it up today, they had not touched the inside at all. I went back inside to ask why my car hadn't been vacuumed and they said that they spent all their time focusing on the exterior because of tar. Alright great, but the mini detail includes an interior cleaning as well? He said that if I wanted the inside cleaned to my specifications

I used this car wash on Monday 09/27/2021. Car wash is nice and clean, has self service bays and a touch free car wash. My truck wasn’t dirty so just went to check it out since I’m new to the area and get the bugs off so just did a pressure rinse and used the foam brush. They have free towels for drying. This review is edited due to the owner clearing things up. He made a quick response and I can tell from that he takes pride in running a successful business. I’ll be back.

I dropped another $5 into the shampoo machine with no shampoo and no spot remover. In all fairness, I should have remembered having the same experience a year ago.
I left a message at the posted phone number, but I am not holing out hope.
If they can not keep the shampoo machines stocked, they should at least have them let you know when they are out of order. ( the little warning LED did not even light up).

I’m very happy with the service at Pioneer Auto Spa. My dog had a diarrhea incident in the car and it was too much for me to clean properly. I called them in the afternoon and explained what I needed. They were able to get me in the next day to clean it. Their service was fast, it took about 20 min. They got all the mess out of the seats and it smells fresh.

Its a 'given' that if you wash a brand new truck, it WILL look good. Try a 16 year old truck!! Looks brand new!! The Detail Team did a great job!! Not only that, the center console fabric had been pulled out a few years ago from little feet kicking behind in the back seat 💙 and they re tucked it in without us even mentioning it, like it never happened! The rims weren't just dirty, they were dull and pitted with rust spots!! Won't be having to buy new wheels now! Wish I had a before pic of those! And prices are affordable!👍

Got my car detailed (interior) only for the holidays. Merry Christmas to me. Some of the seat stains lifted after a few days, but they said I can come back and have them try and get those out again. The car interior looks great, almost brand new again. When my car was ready, I stood in the lobby for about 15 minutes without anyone there.
I could hear the guys in the garage working on other cars, so after I waited and waited some more, I finally went to the back door and let them know I was ready to pick up my car. Maybe a door buzzer could sound in the garage area to let them know someone

This family-owned Auto Spa is fabulous! They treat you as if you ARE family! Their detail is superb and they are the friendliest and most professional people around town. I highly recommend this great place! They detailed my husband's car & was he surprised at how clean the engine was. It was my surprise when I picked him up at the airport! Do not use the dog wash here. The water is scalding hot! I called and let them know last time I used the wash and the guy said they'd look into it. So I gave them a second chance and again I couldn't rinse my dog completely because the water was so hot. I've come here since they opened but will no longer come to the car wash/dog wash!

My car needed a good detailing and these guys are close to home so we thought we'd give them a try. All I can say is WOW! They did an awesome job. Carpets like new. Seats conditioned. Every spec of the car clean. Scratches buffed out and paint waxed and shiny as new. Very impressed. You'd never know my 2 year old grandson and his goldfish crackers ever set foot in my car. We will definitely be back

I've been washing and vacuuming my car at different self-serve car washes nearby for the past few months in an attempt to find a good one. Most of them were ok but had one or two issues. Vacuums not working, sprayer or brush broken, etc. I am happy to say that the vacuums here work very well, the sprayers and brush work, and it was generally clean and well maintained. They also take credit/debit as well as cash. I will likely be coming here next time I need a car wash.

The full service detail shop is excellent. I have taken many of my cars to Chris to be cleaned. I have young kids and a big van. Which means my kids should be charged with "crimes against humanity" for the cruel and unusual way in which they can destroy the cleanliness of our Mormon Assault Vehicle. Every time we bring it pioneer auto spa it comes back great.

Seriously, never going back. After two malfunctioning or clogged vacuum's, a little complex washing guide (too make you waste time and money) and a short 30 seconds left notification that you can barely hear it just isn't worth it. There are too many other self-car washes in the Draper area to go to that doesn't pull this type of junk. The only reason I would go there is if I had a pet to clean, their little stalls look like it would be good for that.
