A remarkable sense of place, dedicated to bringing together guests by offering a diverse portfolio of hand-crafted beer and wine, signature cocktails, and an innovative wine- and beer-infused menu in a relaxed atmosphere. We have a brew for every palate, from the Chocolate Stout for those who lean toward the darker beers to our Blonde Ale for those who prefer a lighter flavor.

Of course, we also offer everything in between. Our award-winning wines include white, red, and blush varieties, along with dessert wines and our special wine cocktails. Sample them all and decide which are your favorites! Take a visual tour and learn about our cozy tasting room, spacious banquet room, patio seating area with beautiful views of the countryside, and production areas.
Services
This is where our wine is produced. The production facility houses all the equipment necessary to produce 6,000 gallons of wine. Glass windows separate the production area from the tasting room making this area visible to our customers at any time during business hours.

While this architectural design has been used by many microbreweries, incorporating this feature into our winery is yet another way we have set our establishment apart from other Nebraska wineries. The tasting area introduces visitors to SchillingBridge wines and microbrews. Guests have an opportunity to sample our growing variety of wines and beers and enjoy a delicious dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings in a relaxed atmosphere.
Welcome to the brew house of the nation's FIRST farm winery / microbrewery. At SchillingBridge, we roll the highest quality domestic and imported malted barley and other cereal grains, mix them with Pawnee County's own pure water, and add some of the world's finest hops. The result is an exceptional flavor profile that makes up the macro tastes of our signature micro brews.
Here at SchillingBridge, we are proud to offer a wide variety of delicious wines for every occasion. Time and patience combined with well-managed vineyards and sound winemaking practices allow us to exploit the advantages of soil and climate in our little corner of Nebraska.

Harvest begins in mid-August when the grapes are hand-picked from the vines, carefully separated from the stems, then gently pressed to extract the juice in a very timely matter.Whether you're looking for a white wine or red wine, we have a selection that's sure to please. Are blush/ros or wine cocktails what you had in mind?
How did SchillingBridge Winery and Microbrewery get to be so much fun? It's because the Schillings are fun people! Sharon, Mike, Dallas, Kelly, Jonathan are committed to their family, to their community, and to creating a memorable experience for every SchillingBridge visitor and customer. They truly love what they do, and it shows.

What an incredible find! Nice wine, beer or have a mixed drink. We tried 2 pizzas and both were delicious! Met a great couple and had such a nice time. They even bought a bottle of wine to take home. We will be back

The most amazing different types of beer you can imagine. If you love prime rib, it's worth the trip. Call ahead and make a reservation for it though. They're ALWAYS sold out.

Would have liked a more substantial appetizer choice. We each found a wine we liked my don't trust the Google map!

This place is worth the drive, the road construction in town makes it a challange to get there.
