Implants are also fairly low maintenance and, if taken care of, can last for the rest of your life. Dental veneers can be used to improve the appearance of worn or misaligned teeth, or to help reduce a noticeable gap. When most people think of orthodontics, they think solely of kids or teens. However, one in four people wearing braces are actually adults according to data provided by the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO). Here at Oak Hollow Dentistry, we're proud to help patients of all ages create a smile they are more than proud to share.
Giving Our Draper, Utah Patients Nicer, Healthier Smiles with Clear Aligner Therapy (Invisalign). One reason some of our dental patients don't want to fix their teeth misalignments is because they don't want to wear braces. However, another option exists and it is called Clear Aligner Therapy, also known as Invisalign.
Sometimes our Draper, Utah dental patients find themselves in a position where they need to replace missing teeth. When this occurs, the two main options they have are implants and bridges. What are the pros and cons of each?
A dental implant involves surgically placing a state of the art titanium root replacement in your jawbone where your original tooth was, then mounting a replacement tooth on the top of the post to fill the empty spot and give you a natural looking smile. One of the major pros of getting a dental implant is that it doesn't put any strain on the teeth adjacent to the open area.

As a full service dental office, Oak Hollow Dentistry offers our dental patients a variety of oral care procedures and services. While some of the most common are those related to regular cleanings and fillings, another one of these services our patients appreciate most involves crowns and caps.
A dental crown, also sometimes called a cap, is a tooth-shaped cover that is cemented over an existing tooth (which has been reshaped to better fit the crown), increasing the original tooth's strength and improving its appearance.Crowns can be made of multiple different materials, some of which include ceramic, porcelain, gold, or resin.

I have never liked going to the dentist, but after visiting Oak Hollow Dentistry, I’ve discovered it can be a positive experience. From the front office girls to the hygienist to Dr Hoffman, they all made me feel like family. All were very friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and well being. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Oak Hollow Family Dentistry to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Dr Hoffman saved my vacation!! I broke a tooth the night before an international flight and Dr Hoffman met me at 6:30 am on a Saturday and fixed it so I could fly comfortably and not miss a family trip!!! I have been a patient for less than a year but he treated me like a tenured ten year patient. I also have to add that Dr Hoffman has a gentle touch and communicates the play by play while in the chair. I love the information. It puts me at ease and gives me complete confidence in his skills. I highly recommend Dr Hoffman.

I feel like they’re definitely transparent with the financial side, and my teeth look and feel great- thanks Oak Hollow Family Dentistry!
