I've been redesigning the landscaping at a house where French maintains the sprinkler system. Removing overgrown vegetation occasionally leads to breaks in the sprinkler system. French's responsiveness to calls for repair is outstanding. I sometimes feel like they pull up outside while I'm still on the phone explaining the problem. I will always recommend French, whether it's new installation or maintenance/repair of existing systems. They're an amazing asset to any landscape!

My experience French has been excellent over the multiple years and multiple properties I have used them. One property was very complicated with a large pond, stream, multiple waterfalls, etc.
As a result of building several houses, including my current residence, I have a reasonable sense of contractor quality and reliability. I recommend French highly without reservation. They are great to work with.

I emailed with Bob multiple times. Set up an appointment and rearranged my schedule to make the appointment work. He did not show. He did not call. I waited to see if he would call and when he didn't I emailed asking why he didn't show. No response. Very unprofessional. I was a paying customer ready to dole out money for their services.
