Getting started is as easy as remembering these simple questions:WHO.Think of all the people who should be a part of this final remembrance - colleagues, neighbors, relatives and friends who have shared in this life and should be given a chance to say good bye, and be of comfort to the others who share in this loss.

Services
Mr. Bartlett had worked for many years with the Oehlers and Howland Funeral Service and Furniture Store in downtown Reedsburg. The Hoof Funeral Home continues to serve the families in the greater Reedsburg area with the same philosophy as that of Mr. Freelan Bartlett, some sixty years ago. We will continue to perpetuate the ideals on which the business was founded.
At Hoof Funeral Home, we take great pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.
Our mission at Hoof Funeral Home is to assist our families in personalizing their funeral to create a meaningful, yet affordable service. This can be achieved through their choice of ministers, eulogists, musicians and the musical selections. The displaying of personal items such as photographs, scrapbooks, awards, medals - anything that celebrates the life of the deceased, can add a heartwarming element to the funeral.
He was the son of Vinton and Viola (Wagner) Craker. Marlan graduated from Reedsburg Area High School in 1954. He worked as a supervisor on the motor line for Hankscraft Motors for 20 years. He was baptized into Christ as a child. He was confirmed in 1964 in the Lutheran faith at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
The Hoof Funeral Home provides a wide selection of burial and cremation merchandise to meet the personal needs of all families. We have a big selection room with many sample of full size caskets, vaults and urns. This gives the family solitude and privacy in making their decision. We also offer a variety of Memorial Registry Books, Service Folders and Acknowledgement Cards.

As a former employee of the funeral home, Mr.Hoof has never had anyone by this name work for him. I know who this person really is but thats not important. What is important is the truth. Truth is that I loved working for Mr. Hoof. He is nothing but compassionate to the families that he deals with as well as his employees. He is willing to go that extra mile. He is a very caring man and will do anything for anyone. He is one of the most genuine people that you could ever meet. He was not only
