Dr. Gidwani and the entire staff have been extraordinary. Before our child was born, we went in for a quick consultation to walk through what the first few days, weeks, and months would look like. Dr. Gidwani provided a ton of assurances and she has yet to let us down. From the consultation, to the hospital visits, and the check-ups, they have always been there for us and we are very grateful for them. We can't recommend her and her staff enough. In fact, we moved to Queens and still commute to the Upper West Side to see her. We can't imagine working with another pediatrician.

Dr. Gidwani has been my 3 children’s pediatrician since birth. It’s been 20 years of her caring for my children. She is kind and gentle and brilliant. She is open-minded and respectfully takes into consideration my unconventional thoughts and concerns. She is a good listener and has diagnosed my children accurately for all kinds of illnesses, allergies and conditions, and helped them be comfortable and get through them. Dr. Gidwani is absolutely wonderful, as is her entire staff. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. She is responsive to parents, thoroughly and thoughtfully answers all questions, and takes the time to playfully interact with each child. I thought Dr. Gidwani was ok and was generally responsive to questions and concerns about my child. My child was a new patient and we had only visited her office about 2 times and also had some correspondence by email and phone when Covid hit. When I called to make an appointment recently I was told by her admin that they had no records of my child. How does that even happen? Do they purge their records if you haven't made an office visit within a certain amount of time? Are they so overwhelmed that they can't handle the workflow? Is her staff not competent enough to keep records? This is also

Dr. Gidwani's practice is FANTASTIC! Everyone is super responsive. I can't tell yet if our baby loves Dr.G but we definitely love her. Reina Perl helped me a lot with all the lactation issues I had and was very empathetic. Dr. G dropped in when I was in labor and also after our baby was born and Reina came in to the hospital and checked again the following day. They always respond through email/phone and even at odd hours. Highly recommend!

My entire family adores Doctor Gidwani. She is loving, caring and really knows how to handle my children well. She is professional and practical. She always responds to calls and emails in a timely manner and is extremely reliable. Her staff is wonderful (Angela is amazing) and will always try to help in any situation. We love Doctor G and don't know what we do without her!

Dr. Gidwani is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and loving. We love the entire staff and really feel like our son is treated as if he were a member of her family. Dr G is able to diagnose accurately while giving us all the information we need to care for our child. She is quick to respond to emails and we know we are getting the best care on every level. We are so grateful and feel very lucky to have her caring for our son.

I have brought my son to this clinic since he was born. I really liked it at the beginning but after my son turned 2 and I had certain concerns of my son, I felt that Dr. Garg was not really helping me with the concerns i had. He has never been rude but sometimes he can be intimidating. My son is now 5 years old. I still take him there, and I just love the other Drs that help him out, like Dr. John (Asian Dr.) I believe that is his name. He is ways so helpful and very nice and carying! :) And the staff are very nice and helpful as well!!

I started bringing my 4 year old son here about 2-3 months ago for a physical, The staff is very polite with amazing bed side manners. When they don't have any appointments for a consult they try their best to either fit me in same day or the next. The Doctor and his PA are extremely nice and always greet my son with open arms and a smile. Will most definitely be bringing in my new born for her first check up here!

I gave birth to my 1st baby and I couldn't be happy with this Pediatrician. I am very happy with Dr Garg as well as his P.A. who is very knowledgable and super nice with my baby. They both care about you and your baby and give you time to answer all of your questions. The best part is that you don't have to wait forever for an appointments.

My new born is 2 1/2 weeks and I was concerned bout her not pooping for 3 days. So I called the office so I can talk to him n all he told me was to make an appointment for the next day which I did and so we went and he said she was fine n then he told me he would appreciate if I wouldn't call him at 1 in the morning to call for not important things because he has 100 other patients who r sick that he has to worry about.. horrible doctor. Not recommended. Very stupid n needs to b more professional.
