Pilates With Beth
Pilates with Beth provides an intimate, non-intimidating, delightful setting in which to focus on YOU. Beth will personally guide you in achieving the amazing benefits that Pilates enables. The studio offers small group reformer classes for up to five people. Private Pilates classes are also available for one to five people.

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind while conditioning the total body. Anyone can benefit from Pilates.the office worker, the athlete, those with physical challenges or past injuries. Pilates will allow you the strength to push farther than you ever thought your body could go!
Services
Having previously worked as a surgical technologist, I have always had an interest in the human body and keeping it healthy. After discovering Pilates in 2007, I quickly fell in love with how it enabled my body to move and feel. I earned my certification in Pilates mat and equipment through The PhysicalMind Institute.
The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment in which springs and body weight are used as resistance to provide an exhilarating, unique exercise environment. In each 55 minute session, several muscle groups are engaged simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core.

Deciding to join Beth’s studio being 6 months postpartum after 2 kids back to back was THe BEST decision I ever made! Not only am I so much stronger mentally and physically, but I lost 30lbs in 3 months ! I keep saying to all I know how Pilates and Beth have changed my life for the best - plus it helps that the most encouraging and caring patrons attend her studio to make the experience that much more enjoyable and fun! Do. It. That’s all that’s needed to be said ! Seriously.

I’m so glad I decided to book a private session with Beth. I had never taken a Pilates class before and Beth has been amazing! I normally hate working out, but now I’m addicted. Beth takes her time with you and communicates each move to ensure you are using the right technique. You will definitely feel it working within the first 24 hours. Don’t waste your time thinking about it, just do it because it’s so worth it.

Total game-changer. I desperately needed to get back in shape. I’m still working on it. I love Pilates with Beth. I’m a total beginner, but Beth gives me the guidance I need to get a good workout that is challenging but doesn’t totally kill me. It is easy to book sessions and the location is super convenient. Pilates is great and the people are so nice. I’m hooked!

Beth is a great teacher for anyone interested in Pilates whether you're a beginner or not. I always look forward to her classes and I hate to exercise! The classes are intimate so you get the attention you need to get the most out of your workout. Try Pilates with Beth you'll love it!

I thought I would give Pilates a try over a year ago to see if I liked it. I've taken several different excercise classes over the years, but never tried Pilates. I'm so happy I did. I signed up for classes with Beth and I am now hooked! I absolutely love her classes. Each one is different, challenging and fun! An hour flys by so quickly that it's hard to believe you just had a full body workout. Beth is very experienced and accomadates all levels at the same time without jeopardizing anyone's workout. Due to her small class size, which is only 4 machines, everyone gets personalized

gives detailed instructions so that you know exactly what you should be doing. She's fun and friendly and very easy to be around. I feel fabulous after each workout, strong and flexible at the same time. I've
taken both private and group lessons (which are small -- max of four
people) with Beth and have benefited from both. It is truly a full body

Our family moved from Southern California last year. My sisters and cousins purchased a Groupon for me for Pilates. In West Hollywood and Santa Monica, I went to two different Pilates studios. I realized after participating in Beth's classes and her feedback, I was not doing the Pilates exercises correctly; since I was never advised by my previous instructors. I've been going to Pilates with Beth for over a year now and I'm ecstatic with the results! I feel a lot better after completing a class, great stress reliever! Additionally, my classmates are quite pleasant to be around
