Johnny and another team member came out and pressure washed my tile roof, building, and parking lot. It came out looking brand new and all the moss and dirt is gone. The work was done quickly and they did a great job containing the dirty water. The place looks great. I will use them again in the future. The team, including Igor and Kyle, did an exceptional job of initially surveying all the areas to be pressure cleaned- house, driveway, rear yard, flagstone, sport court- to explain work they will complete and expected results. Igor was very thorough and showed tremendous respect, knowledge and professionalism. Both Igor and Kyle showcased commitment to their work, courtesy and care and work intensity. I fix and flip houses here in San Diego, and I had never worked on a home with a red tile roof. I had looked into having the roof painted ($3500-$4000) because I thought it was beyond cleaning. Then we noticed a Washed Out Pressure Washing truck in the neighborhood and how they'd transformed the roof! I called right away and they were able to come come out within a few days. The roof looks amazing (and they also power washed the stucco)! No need to paint now. All our neighbors are asking how they can get their roof to look this good.
