Today we took our 2018 Tundra into Apex Auto Glass to have our driver and passenger windows tinted. They showed us a tint that is legal in California for driver side windows, that is clear, but has a high SPF to protect us from the sun. Very Cool! First off, they were able to fit. I had a sunroof that was leaking and they let me go in same day to check it out.
Rayan explained the problem to me very clearly, and he did his best to fit me in as soon as possible, even with a busy schedule, since rain was coming that weekend. Awesome jobs done here! I'll be adding some after photos. But FYI TO ALL FORD TRUCK OWNERS 2010 THRU 2015 F150 MODELS with rear defrost and power slide rear window they explode.

I would have loved to have given this business a 5 star rating and had full intention on doing so after my initial contact. Down hill from there. I drove from Oceano to their location way out on Betteravia because of their yelp reviews. I arranged a ride and dropped off the vehicle. Received a call that it was going to take longer than expected because of some part they had to order so my car spent the night in Sant Maria. Went to APEX Auto Glass in 2019 to get the back windows tinted on my car. The manager was super nice and explained to me the different options as well as a rough time for when the car would be ready. They even included a free can of window cleaner along with the tint. They did an excellent job with the tint and would recommend anyone else to go here for excellent service.

After a golf ball left me with a horribly cracked windshield, Apex came to the rescue. Sabrina was amazing to work with over the phone and when I went into the shop they were attentive and fast. They dealt with all of the insurance headache for me and I was in an out with a new windshield in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Best customer service in 805. Owner & employees really take pride in their craft here. Really informative & responsive w any questions you have in mind. Especially Ralph, Anthony & Rosario. Took care of me to the full extent. If you're looking for a light tint, I recommend the light blue ceramic tint, which protects your car from uv ray exposure inside (especially if you have leather seats). 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately, the phone call that i made when no one responded to service requests on the website. The receptionist had no knowledge of windows and they couldn't find the information for the windows with all the necessary information provided. Make/model/year etc. Reponse was " oh I've worked here 15 years and those will be about $3000 each! can you tell me any vehicle including rv that costs that much? Well. I'm going to find out. This is a revision from our review earlier. Ryan, an owner contacted us and did a FULL refund on the sun visor portion of this job. We kept the window tint on driver + passenger side.
He profusely apologized, was very nice and did not hesitate to contact us. We are very grateful for this. Although his installer made a few mistakes, Ryan stepped up and took care of EVERYTHING!

Wow what a welcome surprise in today's business environment! We had a unique situation with our Audi TT convertible top windscreen drive belt that had broken and caused our windscreen and top to become non functional. After many phone calls to different auto repair shops around town and calls to the closest Audi dealer in Santa Barbara a recommendation was made to take it to Ralph at Apex Auto Glass here in Santa Maria.

Had a scheduled appointment to get a passenger window replaced and the glass they had ordered for me had a scratch on it so they had to reorder it - no problem, accidents happen. I call back on the day I was told it was going to be installed in my vehicle and they can't find the glass and the employee who helped me is out. They provided no solutions and have horrible record keeping of their customer interactions as they spoke to me as we didn't have an appointment on the books. If you want to feel like a valued customer - go somewhere else.

Everyone there was friendly and I even got a ride back to work. Very responsive on yelp and was able to set up my appointment through yelp. Quality work and no issues yet. The lone star reduction is for 2 reasons. The first is the pricing. Not the cheapest by quite a bit. The price I was quoted didn't have any hidden fees which was great, but it was also the base tint material. I've gotten quotes for cheaper installs for a higher tier film
